Worth the hype. Closed on Sundays!! Roast pork with sharp provolone and greens (broccoli rab/ spinach) covered in a ladle of garlic au jus. Maybe the best sandwich in Philly?

Juicy, tender pork. It was so delicious (and I'm not a fan of pork so that says a lot). The staff were friendly.
