FCM Hospitality owns and manages restaurants, bars, and seasonal pop-ups throughout the Philadelphia region, including popular locations such as Parks on Tap, Morgan’s Pier, Harper’s Garden, Rosy’s Taco Bar, Dolphin Tavern, and Concourse Dance Bar. FCM Hospitality was founded in 1994 by hospitality industry leader Avram Hornik, who has developed some of the most well-known venues in the city, including the Drinker’s Bars, Union Transfer, Boot & Saddle, Winterfest, and the 2013 PHS Pop Up Garden. Hornik continues to oversee the company’s business strategy and operations. Several new projects are in the works for 2020 -- stay tuned for more information!
