Home services for LG was redirected to LG customer services, which only provided phone numbers to two very busy service providers. Earliest schedule time for an evaluation (not actual service) was about 10 days out. Still waiting on scheduled date, may reevaluate then.

Low rating due to multiple employees on cell phones throughout store. Poor customer service.

I have wasted way too much time finding employees, asking them where a specific item is, wrong location 3x, wasting 45 mins while they try to find one. I went to another location which was worse. I finally ordered for curbside pickup. That is a joke. The website doesn't load and the customer service phone hangs up on you. Very poor!!! They need to hire more staff, qualified staff. I

Customer service here is HORRIBLE. Stay away. The staff is LAZY. I came here a few weeks back and they messed up my very simple paint request.. "hi can I have white paint for woodwork?" Got home and they gave me basically an elmers glue consistency paint. Went back and the customer service employee laughed and said oh yeah they definitely gave you the wrong stuff... Uhm yes I am well aware.. thanks for the update. So against my better judgement I went back today and it was a hot messsss. The employees are just RUDE, LAZY and INCOMPETENT. I say this with all seriousness and do not discount that they are continuing to work during the chaos of COVID. It's appreciated that the store remains open but it's just unacceptable the lack of professionalism this store displays. It's mind boggling they can function with so many incompetent employees working there. Good luck shopping here if you are daring enough!

My husband visited the store on 4/24/20 because we received an email that the order was ready. When my husband arrived at the Pro Desk (chosen for pickup location) they directed him to customer service. He informed the associate he chose pick-up at Pro Desk. My husband waited over 45 minutes before leaving without the door. The next day my husband went back to get the door and the associate said the order was already picked up which was false. My husband waited again for the door. The door they gave my husband was incorrect. We ordered a 28x78 right handed door. They gave my husband 24x78 left handed door. On 4/2620 my husband and I went back to get the right door. At the customer service desk, I asked "Bernadette" for the store manager, Daryl Jones, and was told he weren't in. I asked if there was a manager for fulfilling online orders. She said, "Yes, I'll call Raj." Then my husband and I were met by "Jim", the assistant manager. I asked JIM do you have a manager for online orders and he said, "No." I told him I wasn't sure why Bernadette would say that. Jim then asked to see the online order. He said to me, "Oh this is a special order door." I let him know it wasn't because it was a simple purchase online. Jim was passive, he said "Oh this is only a handle mix up." I explained to him it was more than that, it was about the lack of knowledge and training of over SIX representatives. His tone grew and said, "Don't get an attitude with me." I responded, "You're giving me an attitude now." He responded in the most unprofessional statement I've ever heard, "I'm getting an attitude with you because you have an attitude with me." Isn't a manager's job to help and reassure a customer? Jim instead responded by escalating the situation and not deescalating it. Once we were given the door, at home we noticed damage to the paneling. I called customer service who informed me I could get a carrier or local store driver to pick up the door. THEN I received an email from a "Jasmine" informing me that the door could NOT be picked up. That's EIGHT customer service representatives/managers who have no proper training in store processing and general customer service. I will NEVER shop at ANY Home Depot again. I will cancel my credit card and no longer place any installation orders (placed two over $1,000 dollar orders with Home Depot).

Been here for an hour in the appliances department just for the second member to come out the back office, grab her sweater from the desk chair in the appliance section and tell me she's going to lunch! I should've known the type of integrity the store workers would have judging by store's appearance from outside...disgusting.

Horrible, horrible customer service. The customer service reps walk right past you without asking for help and when you do ask for help, they either blow you off or say no one is around and just leave you there. I literally had a rep look me in the eye, saw that I was waiting in her department to be helped, and she blew me off and showed up with another customer. This is why people shop online because the service aspect of customer service is dying in retail.

I like and support Home Depot. If I'm in a hurry I go to the one at Adams Avenue on Roosevelt Boulevard, but if I'm going to need assistance I go to the one in Plymouth Meeting. If you need help at the Roosevelt Boulevard Home Depot, forget it oh, you have a better chance of seeing God!

Ordered a grill on Sunday and wanted to pick it up Monday. I was told I would have to wait until Wednesday because that was the time they had someone who could assemble it. Went to pick it up on Thursday and it was still in the box! My husband took it anyway, since we needed it for the weekend and couldn't wait around until the following Wednesday when they could put it together. (I called and talked to the manager and he did offer to make it right if I could bring it back, but this location is about 20 minutes from me, so we decided to just do it ourselves. Hence I added a star back in.)

HOME DEPOT IN WYNCOTE I shop there because I live really close, but I have to say the service is horrible. Rarely can you find an associate to help and if you are able to flag someone down, the response is it's not my department. Last Thanksgiving we went there for a 8 foot folding table, another couple was there for the same thing, there were on a higher shelf. We asked I believe 4 associates for help their responses were not their department or they'll find someone and then he didn't know how to drive the fork lift, my husband offered to operate it (he uses one at work) then they couldn't find keys. I believe the whole ordeal took 45 minutes. We finally left and went to Wal-Mart in willow grove and bought one there. I really miss the local hardware store.

In need of some stain for a closet i'm building. Walk pass the paint department both guys standing around no one at the desk,go to the back to see what color stain is on the Medicine cabinet and the sink I purchase from Home depot one says Jave the other one says charcoal. I walk back to the paint department and both guys still standing around. I asked them both do they know anything about stain ,one guy says a little. I told them I knew nothing about stains and I was looking for Java or Charcoal,I asked could they show me they said it's right down that isle. so I just walked off to look for it myself. I find the stain but did not find the one i'm look for, while i'm looking another employee asked me was I ok and I told her what I was looking for and she start telling me about speaking to one of the guys at the paint desk and I told her what they told me. She let's go to the computer and see what we can find. 2 minutes on the computer we found what we were looking for,it can only be ordered. The 2 lazy a** men could have done the same thing. The more I come there the more I feel like I just need to start spending my money at lowes. theirs a few Good employees that are willing to go out there way to help someone but the others suck! Home depot should give rewards to employees that are recognized for there hard work!

This has to be by far the worst Home Depot. I waited 20 mins for an associate in electrical to come help me. The associate never showed up. I than called for a manager and he got there extremely fast but had no clue how to help me find a fuse for my dryer. He pointed me in a direction of the fuses, put his hands up and said "they're in this area but I didn't know which one u need." First things first, more the ladder out the way of the fuses so I can attempt to find what I need. And secondly don't say u don't know as a manger at least attempt to look with me or find out. The customer service here is bad and the fact that he was the manager.

This place is ok when it comes to the items available and the parking area is just fine. The area is where you'll find almost all the shops you want to go to in one place... the have the ShopRite just around the corner... the plaza is easy to drive to... the staff are very friendly too... very accommodating....
