I am a regular customer at Staples. Upon entering the store, you're asked if you need assistance. That is great customer service. I find what I need quickly and the check out is seamless.

This location the staff was very rude. They made me and my family feel very uncomfortable as if we were bothering them when needing assistance. This is my local staples that I wanted to try out but this will be my first and last time going.. Not sure if it’s a new team or what but no one greeted us or assisted us. Staples should do better!!

I needed a rush order on birthday banner for my son’s party. The manager at Printing desk was awesome and was able to do it for me in just a couple hours. They were nice, quick, kind, and professional. And the print looked excellent. Really appreciated it.

I was looking for ink for my printer. I was heading to the ink section and the cashier, Dion, accompanied me. He asked me if I needed assistance. When I told him what I was looking for he said he had one at the register. I was also looking at a sign about a discount achieved by using the Staples app. Dion helped me with that also.

Very helpful team/staff who took time to help me find everything and recommended better (less expensive) products. They were courteous, kind and helpful. Nice mood inside.

This store doesn’t run for one star either! Stuff in there they so stupid. They cannot deal with a customer service.. simple thing all around Staples or UPS they giving me same envelope but they cannot ship with those envelope. I never recommend this place. I hope they will close soon.

The assistant was patience. Walked me through different options. After determining what was best, and realizing there were not enough products in the store, and no longer on line, called various stores until she found one that had all the additional products I needed. A great shopping experience.
