This location is great! I’ve been here several times and I’ve received nothing but courteous, professional and friendly service. Today I worked with Sieem, and I left having all of my concerns addressed, and with a brand new Apple Watch on my wrist. I will continue going to this location when I need face-to-face T-Mobile customer assistance.

Customer service is horrible! If you don’t like your job quit and let someone who would truly appreciate it take your position. Service reps are not friendly, they seem annoyed when you ask questions and don’t have much knowledge of their products or the survive.

T-Mobile customer service is awful. I ordered a phone online, when I received the phone I didn't like it and returned it the next day. Since then it has been a customer service nightmare. I received a bill for a service that I never used. I contacted customer service and was told I couldn't be helped over the phone. I went to a T-Mobile store and was connected to someone who supposedly closed the account and removed all charges. Today I received another bill from T-Mobile and a notice from their collection agency. I'm back on the phone trying to get this resolved. I suggest don't even bother with T-Mobile, it is not worth the hassle.

I have been a T-Mobile customer for around 6-7 years now. I’ve been to a lot of stores in that time, but ever since I found this store 3 years ago, I do not go to any other store. Today I was helped by Josh and he spent - I believe - a good 2+ hours with my family and I trying his best to get the absolute best deal for me. I went in for one line and one phone, and I walked out with the new phone at a discounted price AND a second free phone and second free phone line. Every step of the way he crunched numbers to see that it was within my budget and continuously looked for any promotions I could qualify for. The staff at this location are always great (including James who a couple years ago got me a promotion for my iPhone 12 with a new Apple Watch), but even so today Josh absolutely blew my expectations and I will be sure to come back to look for him every time I go to T-Mobile. Thank you for your help and incredible patience today Josh, I know the customer service jobs are not easy. You’re great!!!!

This place needs to be closed down. They treated and old lady NASTY!!!She was rudely told that her phone would be cut off for dollar. By a female employee. The manager which was a white guy, then said change your carrier!! We didn't have to tell you that! Do what you gotta do and get out my store. The poor lady said this is all I have, I'm on a fixed income. WHY WOULD TMOBILE EMPLOYEES AND MANAGER TREAT AN OLD WOMAN LIKE THAT!!! THEY ALL NEED TO BE FIRED!!! THE OTHER TWO MALE EMPLOYEES SAID WE DONT HAVE TO TELL YOU NOTHING LADY! WHY JUST WHY TMOBILE??!!! OVER A DOLLAR THO! THE WOMAN HAD TO BE IN HER LATE 60s or EARLY 70s.SHAME ON TMOBILE FOR HIRING NASTY EMPLOYEES!!!!

I've always had great success at the store whenever I needed help I always went to this particular store and I always help me out a lot did a great job for me every time no hassle no headaches and no extra pressure of being sold you don't want. You just get done the service that you're looking for and go on your way.
