Smoothies are always great, but the Food is always sub par. But I don't think it has anything to do with this specific location. It's like that at most Tropical smoothie cafes.

The staff here lack customer service. Also, this location will constantly substitute items without your knowledge or consent so I strongly suggest checking your mobile orders BEFORE LEAVING the store. I ordered a detox green smoothie once and they did not add the extras I PAID FOR (+ chia, flax & ginger)!

Went in about 20 minutes before they closed and they refused to serve me. The. Smoothies Aren't that great to begin with and on top of that horrible service. Lazy employees and bad product this place probably won't be around too much longer
