I felt very listened to, and also very informed as Dr. Burbano took the time to explain everything that was going on, as well as a range of options going forward. Also to note- the Dr actually got on the floor with my pup and did a nose to tail exam, something my former vet never did.
They were very up front about pricing for everything, and were very understanding of my needs.

This reduces stress on her and me. She's been instrumental in developing treatment plans for my dog and the grant program they offer was a huge help when I didn't have pet insurance. “Whenever I go everyone is always very nice! Although vet costs everywhere are expensive these days they do their best to not charge you for things not necessary at the time. If you had a sick exam recently they don’t charge you at vet exam fee for vaccines unless it was something necessary.”

“I took my puppy there a while ago, and i was very pleased. We have another dog that is pregnant so we want to get her checked. They said to wait another 2 weeks and the xray would be better. He could have told me to bring her in we would have to go back and pay another fee. I appreciated their honesty .The price was very reasonable.”
“Dr. Denish was my pet ball pythons only vet from when he was 11 to when he passed away at 32. He was very helpful when my snake had temporary periods of not eating.
