The CVS system was messed up and somehow said my daughter was born 120 years ago and her address reverted back to an address she hasn't lived at in 10 years. The original person couldn't figure out that there had to be a system glitch for this repeat customer who has been going there for a year and wouldn't help her try to figure out what was going on. She told her she would have to drive to her doctors office and get them to figure out what was going on.
On a second trip back the pharmacy worker helping them was very nice and figured everything out so she could get her medicine.

Terrible customer service at the pharmacy, I never had trouble with my prescriptions until I switched to them.
Ensure your meds are correct before you sign for them. Shouldn't have to, but with these bozos you must. Incompetency at is finest.

My experience at the Phillipsburg, PA CVS was awesome. Not only did I find items not at any other stores within 100 miles, I found myself walking out with several other items that were great deals thanks to the help of Bernie. Bernie was so very helpful & a very couteous & knowledgeable cashier. She alerted me to additional savings & offers I didn't know about. She was so patient & accommodating while I selected additional products to satisfy the offer she told me about. She was helpful & had a very positive attitude. She truly made my experience great! This store is easy to find, well lit, easy parking, very well signed with sales tags & had a great employees like Bernie making you feel taken care of! Love this CVS!

I was treated poorly here, with attitude and condescension, at the Rx counter. They did not have all the meds I needed in stock either. It happened once, and I gave it a second chance, only to receive the same treatment again. I was a loyal customer here for 13 years. But after being treated this way, I am never going here again!

Charged over 10 bucks for a case of pop. Did not have basic medicines in stock ....went down the street to some other place and they had everything in stock.

How many hours is it acceptable to wait for a med when they tell you it is being filled before they decide they are out of said medication and can’t do it. Med was called in by surgery center almost two hours ago. This discovery was just discovered by the star employees they have working here. Love wasting my day waiting on someone to discover their brain
