Lazy!!! If you are hired to deliver packages then do that. Amazon notified “out for delivery” at 8:01. At 12:13 notified “attempted but driveway or porch not accessible” Liar!!! You take a picture when delivered, how about if you can’t. I was watching for them because I ordered a hose and needed it to finish working outside. I am assuming it was too much work for this person so they just didn’t deliver and LIED to Amazon. These people are rude in the post office and delivery people are junk.

A woman there needs to check her attitude. I have talked to her on the phone a couple times and family has dealt with her in person and she's disgusting. I don't know why people like this are able to work in this type of job. I don't care what she's got going on at her job or life she has no business being rude.

If you want to deal with a postmenopausal woman with an attitude come on down. If you already work for the post office and understand every one of their arbitrary little idiosyncrasies, Then this is probably the place for you to go. But God forbid you walk in with a package or a CD and say I would like to mail this. Heads start rolling and prepare for condescension to come your way.

check for outgoing mail.“its not their job to look into the mailbox [for outgoing mail]. it has to be visible”maam. we designed mailboxes to cover mail to keep it private.it Is your carriers jobs to look in their before stuffing new stuff in there.

if their carriers could remember to check for outgoing mail thatd be great, i have called about it. please just look before putting mail in.also had packages missed even after planning pick up.

This post office is the most friendly post office I have come across. The service is wonderful and any problem I have I call and resolve it quickly. I have seen an employee help a customer in a wheelchair, took her packages in (because she couldn't enter due to the stairs and no handicap accessible ramps), he came out with her receipt and she thanked him for being so kind to her. I've never had any issues so the negative comments makes me very confused. Keep up the hard work @ USPS Philipsburg!! ?

It takes a lot for me to write negative reviews for anything, but this post office is by far the worst post office I've ever worked with (and I've lived in different places of the US with different post offices).They are completely unreliable and the carriers don't care whatsoever. It is common for our carrier to put our mail in our neighbor's boxes, it happens so frequently that we've come to expect receiving our neighbor's mail. When we've reached out to the office about it, nothing is ever done. For multiple weeks, we didn't receive any mail whatsoever (even though we expected multiple packages and letters), apparently the post office lost the key to our building and never bothered to inform us that they had done so.Over the past week, we haven't gotten any mail, and since I work primarily from home, I can see when the carrier arrives and leaves. I haven't even seen the post truck for the past two-three days (though according to Informed Delivery, I have several letters that I'm supposed to be receiving).
