Been coming to Phoenixville Ace hardware for years. Great selection of hardware, especially hard to find and even in chrome! Mike and the rest of the crew there are always extremely helpful!

Mike came through for us today! After trying a couple other True Value stores, the first who didn't have the needed paint, the second which did, but their paint mix machine was down. Mike was able to us the correct paint we needed and gladly tinted it for us. Very understanding with a great attitude.

I had bought some paint that didn’t match up quietly what I liked but the manager Sara brought it back and helped me to stir it and realize it wasn’t storm quite right because I let it sit a little too long (my own fault) I was still really upset with the paint color and Sara was so beyond kind and helped me to correctly compare colors and how to properly pick a color I’m for. Not only did she go above and beyond, she also was so kind and respectful to her coworkers. I commend her patience and kindness to the fullest. Choosing her to be a manager was definitely a right move. Although I have been a Home Depot fan thru and thru, I will definitely be coming back to Ace for all of my home painting and other needs, solely because of what a great experience Sara had given me!
