I have to say, the service I receive at the Oak Branch is consistently excellent. The tellers, especially Ramesh, Jake, Mo, Jennifer, and Ms. Patel, are always so kind, friendly, and incredibly helpful. They go above and beyond to make sure my banking experience is smooth and pleasant. I truly appreciate the outstanding customer service they provide, and I always leave the bank feeling valued and taken care of. Thank you to all of you for being so amazing!

Ardent Credit Union has great products, and the Oaks branch provides wonderful service! I've been a member over 25 years, but the staff at Oaks is the best of the best. They are professional yet friendly, helpful and informative. How can it be a treat to bank? See Heather who's in charge or any of her team, in alphabetical order: Jake, Mamta, Maureen and Ramesh!

The Oaks Branch has the best people working there. Extremely friendly and super helpful. I was amazed by the care and interest shown to me during my last visit. Honestly, I wish all locations employed a professional and caring staff like the one found in Oaks. Kudos to the awesome staff!! David W

I recently had a wonderful experience using the Auto Concierge Service that Ardent provides. Pete was terrific, and made the car buying process fun and easy. He truly had my best interest at heart, and was always available for my questions. The entire team was fantastic, from Jesse in Loan processing to the great folks in the Oaks branch who helped my finalize the loan. I will never buy another a car without Pete and the team at Ardent.

Folks believe me these people are the best they explain things they make you feel comfortable the long sweet very easy and I’ve been with these guys over 20 years they are the best and I even say to my friends you guys I mean do what you will but come up the banks and getting the credit union and the one I have is Arden take my word for folks trust me they are the best I know there’s others but trust me those that know me if I’ve been with somebody this long trust me they’re 100%
