Had some issues with an iphone replacement that ASURION wasn't able to help with, Mike not only answered the phone all of the times I called but encouraged me to come in and within 10-15 mins, he had my iphone set up and working - awesome service - thanks Mike!

If I could give 0 stars I would. Go to any other location if you have to deal with this conpany, this is not corporate owned and they get paid by devices and services you add so when they mess up your account to benefit their pay you have to go to them and trust they will fix it or sit on hold for over an hour to get nowhere with customerservice. I'm currently looking for another phone provider thanks to this building and how this company handles their stores. I have had at&t for almost 10 years now.
And when I went into the Pottstown location who is corporate, they blamed in on a store in NC bc I have a authorized user there. So NC store printed out the statement that proves it was this location that messed up my account.
