We went to the AT&T store in Phoenixville/Oaks, PA to upgrade my cellphone and had an outstanding experience. Eric was professional, friendly, patient and thorough and definitely earned the 5 star rating we've given him and the team there.

Been here a few times, be it for an upgrade or a replacement phone. Eric has been there every step of the way. If I could show a group of executives what hard work and patience looks like, it would be Eric. In fact, if it wasn't for Eric, I might have considered looking at other carriers. This man deserves praise.

Phone companies make upgrading your phone as confusing and complicated as possible, I swear. Eric did a fantastic job explaining all the moving pieces, listening to our needs, comparing options, etc. He was the most knowledgeable and efficient phone salesman we’ve ever had. Plus, he did it all while cheerfully and politely juggling three customers since he was the only staff in the store. AT+T is lucky to have him.

Gavyn took care of needs, was able to smoothly convert our data to new devices. Sunday mid afternoon was good timing, store was basically empty, right on our orders as we walked in the door. Been with AT&T for awhile, usually easy to deal with and are responsive.
