Always the best! I’ve taken several different cars here for years - a Volkswagon, BMW, Infinity, and a Mazda. They always do great work with attention to detail and excellent customer service. I came in today with a loose steering wheel and they were able to fix it on the spot in minutes. Appreciate you guys!!

There are no better shops than Black Forest Auto. Vic and his team are extremely knowledgeable and have always worked with me personally. I am very detailed oriented and analytical to the point that I am probably annoying at times with my questions. However, Vic always takes time to go over all the details of any issues concerning my vehicles.
There is never upselling at this shop. If they tell you something is dire I would highly recommend you follow their advise. Otherwise like much of the other reviews have stated, they will tell you if you have time before having to get a certain service or repair done.
I would give Black Forest Auto more than 5 stars if it was allowed. This is the best shop I have ever worked with and the only place I will go.

Ive been using this mechanic for many years. They are always honest, down to earth and go above and beyond to schedule as well as find the right solution for my budget and vehicles. Don’t be fooled by the ma-pa look of this shop- they know their way around high performance engines!
