We used Cube Smart on Schuylkill Ave for our move from Ocean Pines,MD to Pottstown. The unit was ready when we arrived clean and large enough for our things. Bill our rental agent was knowledgeable and accommodating..we were happy leaving our things there. Recently on October 2 we moved into our new place of residence and emptied the unit out but also rented a smaller storage unit at CubeSmart in the area where we are living. Cube Smart was the storage Co we chose again because of prior experience.

From the beginning of my search for a storage facility I've had the best experience ever at Cubesmart. The service from everyone has been above and beyond my expectations. Love the facility, love the app and love the caring, sincere professionals working at the Phoenixville store. If you need a place to store your extra stuff, go see them.

Easy to set up online, picked up welcome packet inside unit in move in day, easy to lay through app, nice facility that is well maintained. Easy to access, no hassles.

I would like to say that the people who work at the front desk have been extremely not so nice to my family and I over the past couple months, I would also like to your office hours for Sundays need to change because that is ignorant to not be opened on a Sunday when people only have the ability to go in than. Especially when you need to get your guys lock off of it to put ours on. You guys here have shown nothing but rudeness expect for one person who actually wanted to help us out. You guys have actually never been super nice from doing practically nothing about the mice throughout the entire place to never being very helpful when questioned are asked.

I really hate being forced to buy a lick for $19.99 when I had a lock with me.I had callled a CubeSmart asking if I could use a disc lock at any location and she said yes but that was incorrect. Phoenixville only allows cylinder locks and even though they were in possession of the hasp that would allow me to use it they refused.I spoke to 2 level higher up on the chain but they would not budge.So in principal I moved out to another storage company.Watch out bcz they give you a great move in rate and then hike it up after the initial period.

Reserved unit 2 weeks ahead of time, checked in online. When I arrived, access code didn’t work, clerk was trying to help but he was on the phone while I waited about 40 minutes and then left. He said he’d call when it was sorted out. Over a day later, still hasn’t called. Go somewhere else.

Stored my stuff here two years ago, started at a price of $250. They've continuously raised rates, up to $400 a month now. Oh and I've seen mice in the building on multiple occasions.

Was alright while it lasted. Convenient access to storage. Bathrooms are forsaken, dirty and never stocked.. if you want throw anything away the dumpster they have there is under lock and key. Gets really hot in the summer. Rent kept going up. So they bait you in with a low rate then it keeps increasing. Lastly it increased by $30. I had auto pay set up so they charged me. I wasn't aware of the increase so they credited me $22 for next month's and kept the tax of the increased amount. (I just wanted a refund not a credit - so they kept my $30 after all). For a $10billion company that's quite petty to treat your 3 year customer who never missed a payment. This concluded my stay. Moved all my stuff out asap! I suggest find a locally owned storage unit. ?
