They care about money not customer service. We should not have to pay the full following month when it will not be used for even half of the month. I’m throwing money away. Somebody else could be using it instead of it sitting empty. So unhappy about this.

Began renting from CubeSmart in 5/2021 for $247 a month. Price increased in 10/2021 to $287 ($40 increase per month). Received another price increase 9/2022 bringing it to $322 ($35 increase per month). Just received another notice of increase, now paying $403 per month (this time an $81 increase). Meanwhile, website offers new customers the same storage unit I have for only $210.00 per month if the sign up on line or $281 if they sign-up in store. Time to say goodbye to CubeSmart. I could buy another car for a payment of $403 a month.

Facility is nice, clean and easy to access. I am a disappointed that our rent has increased twice in 6 months. We moved from a different place 2 minutes from our house to save money and now we are spending the same amount as before and further away. May have to start looking again.

This facility is very clean and well-kept. General Manager, Theresa Mullen took exceptional care of all my needs. I was very pleased with her outstanding customer service and polite demeanor... I highly recommend this CubeSmart Self Storage facility...

As storage facilities go, this one is very clean and well managed. The folks who helped get me set up are super friendly. Instructions were explained well, I had no questions when they were done explaining.

Theresa and Matt were wonderful from start to finish. The service was amazing and we felt like home. Our belongings were safe and the place is impeccably clean.

Good storage place. Climate controlled, a little pricey. Bathrooms are terrible though. Never stocked and dirty. Please hire a part time cleaner.
