My appointment occurred on time; they had read my entire request and had an exam room ready for me with all of the necessary equipment. My physician Nydia was - as always - simply perfect with her preparation, patient query, handling, follow thru and follow up. I cannot say enough about the perfect blend of health care professionalism presented with just the the right amount of friendliness to make a comfortable and productive visit. I was not rushed - something that occurs EVERY time I visit my family doctor's office - and left knowing everything had been taken care of. My prescription was sent to my preferred pharmacy. I was presented with a printed explanation of my entire visit, including prescription usage and how and when to get back in touch with this office if there was a problem. Thank you.”

Exceptional Care and Compassion from Nurse Ziara

I had the absolute pleasure of being cared for by Ziara during my doctor’s visit yesterday, and I truly want to highlight how amazing she was. Ziara was assisting PA-C Kassandra Rajha during my appointment, but she is actually Dr. McGowan’s assistant nurse, and her professionalism and warmth truly stood out.

From the moment I arrived, Ziara’s positive energy and kind presence made me feel comfortable even though I wasn’t feeling my best. She listened carefully as I explained what I was experiencing and made sure to relay my concerns to Kassandra Rajha clearly and accurately. It meant a lot to have someone who truly listened and took my words seriously.

You could tell she genuinely enjoys what she does, her calm, caring demeanor and compassionate attitude made a world of difference in my visit. Ziara embodies what patient care should look like: kindness, attentiveness, and genuine concern for others.

“Have had Dr Debias as my family dr for 25 years. He is my mother's dr, my son's, and my husband's. Very concerned, takes his time with you instead of rushing through an appointment. For people complaining about the dr not taking new patients: the Dr can only give quality care to the number of people that he feels he can. “After reading comments I wanted to post that after I switched over to the schwenksville office I’ve been able to call their office, speak to someone in a timely manner and any scheduling needing to be done is accommodating. When I’ve reviewed my chart information online I’ve been able to call their office and leave questions I have with the staff who answer the phone and receive a call back within a 48 hour period answering my question. “Ive been a patient of Doctor Rocco Costabile for atleast 10 years now. He is an outstanding doctor who always takes the time to listen to my concerns and truly look for solutions. I currently drive 45 minutes to see him since he has joined Devon family as I would follow him wherever. He never passes his patients concerns off as too much or dramatic and always is trying to truly help. He also teaches his patients any results or findings instead of just telling them what they are. I have a lot of back problems and Dr. Costabile takes the time to teach me why I have certain symptoms and how we can make it better. There is nothing I feel I cannot go to him for and I never feel dismissed. I highly recommend him as a primary care doctor and plan to stay with him as long as I can.”

“I have been a patient at this practice for a long time -been through many doctors there .I have always been pleased with the care I have received by all employees there.Times have changed with how offices operate to keep up with technology and the advent of Urgent Cares.A big change since the pandemic is that appointments are scheduled appropriately so that wait times are minutes.As a patient of Dr Gorey for years now I am very pleased-he is considerate, concerned, explains any questions you have and is never in a hurry to get out the door. With shortages of family practice physicians (a lot of medical students want to specialize to earn higher income) we should show our appreciation for doctors like Dr Gorey .”
