Their customer service is excellent. They follow up on deliveries that have been delivered. They send Email receipts: very good company to deal with, would recommend them thank you

I placed an order for a delivery to be sent to a friend, and mistakenly put down an old address. Penny's by Plaza Flowers truly went ABOVE AND BEYOND and found my friend's new address which was further away, and STILL delivered the bouquet. If that's not great customer service, I don't know what is. Thank you!
