We received an absolutely charming flower arrangement sent to us by Chewy; the order was fulfilled and delivered by Fruit & Flower Creation. I loved the combination of fresh flowers, the colors used, and the fact that its sweet, spicy fragrance was lent by the small pink carnations. The coppery colored roses, along with the rest of the flowers and ferns worked so well in the bluish green mason-type jar. Couldn't have been a more touching tribute to Missy, our dear 24 year old cat who is no longer with us. I appreciated that the person making the delivery knocked at the door to let me know a wonderful surprise awaited!
Update: As of 6/18/24, one week later, the flowers are still looking pretty, still a sweet reminder of Missy.

Received an order for Mother’s Day and was molded and everything smelled bad and I didn’t even get what was ordered for me I love this and was very disappointed as soon as i opened it you could smell the odor of rotten fruit

Terrible! My husband ordered roses for me through FTD for Valentine’s Day to be sent to my office. The roses did not arrive during business hours and was just left somewhere on the property. A co-worker found them the next day and brought them to my desk. They looked wilted and a mess. Awful awful service!!

I received a basket that had a few plants and some dead lilies in it from friends of mine, Massachusetts. I could not have been more disappointed with the lack of quality and cheapness of what I received. It’s very understandable why this has a two star rating, but it doesn’t even deserve any stars as far as I’m concerned. Don’t waste your time or your money.

Delivered a box of chocolate covered strawberries on my front steps. I live in a small city. Box was not sealed and the chocolate and fruit looked bad. Called Shari’s Berries, the company the order was placed with, and talked to them. A pain to get them to refund my family’s money, who sent the gift. They offered a replacement, but why would I trust that order???

Received Christmas flowers that were literally half dead with no water in the vase. Looked like they had been through battle. Would NEVER recommend this place!!

DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY - Fruit bouquet was delivered in the hot summer with no notification. You ask for a phone number - why don't you use it? By the time someone found it, it had been outside for over 24 hours. I called and was told not to bother them so early in the morning by an extremely rude woman - she offered no solution. What kind of business is this? Horrible service, poor delivery practices and disgusting product. You should not be allowed to do business through 1-800-flowers.

Truck broke down. Was real late next morning go to take apart was slimy. Called and and they replaced. That was the best fruit.

The arrangement was very nice! But the delivery guy was loud, rude & impatient. I tried explaining to him that fresh Flowers & Fruits are delivered right up to the resident. So that it does not spoil or die. All other packages go in our package closet for maintenance to deliver when they have time. He kept over talking me, stating that it says leave here! He interrupted, not only me but even outside vendors. Until one said please just finish with him first. I asked him to respect the people that arrived before him. And he went on being unprofessional.

I received a delivery yesterday for someone in a different town. I have tried several times to contact the company and no one ever picks up and their website doesn't seem to have a place where a message can be left. So if anyone is looking for a delivery for a Donald Pierce in yeadon PA, I have it.

The driver put fresh fruit and chocolate creation in direct sun light and did not ring door bell or knock We didn't notice for an hour and a half Now they won't answer thier phones Internet questions if they really exist

This place is a complete SCAM!!!!! They claim to be in every town in the entire area, they steal other florist names and have terrible customer service. Dont use!!!!
