First time here. The shipping office is located in the back of the building by dock #1. I arrived at 12:30 for a preloaded trailer scheduled for 16:00. They said they were going to live load me instead and dock right away. Took 3 hours for them to even start to load me and another hour to finish. Meanwhile, 3 other trucks arrived later than me and left before me. Restroom and vending machines available to drivers inside during operating hours. Overnight parking permitted.
