Prices still higher than they should be for some things, but thats all goodwills. The reorg and redesign of the store helped, and they have a bigger selection and more available employees.

This used to be my favorite Goodwill, used to be organized so nice, everything by color. Haven't been there in a while and now it's just long rows, way to long, need to be split up halfway, I get anxious and claustrophobic I had to leave. Till 2 or r 3 people are in long skinny tow with carts you can't look at anything. Very disappointed with the revamp will not be back.

Workers are just not friendly at all. I go to other goodwills in the area and it’s totally different treatment, within the last two visits store associates were giving me weird looks and being very rude. The store setup is also very tight. I understand there is a lot of sections and items but it never was like this. It’s like a maze to even shop anything. People trying to squeeze behind you or having to go half around the store to get to your section. Don’t think I will be returning

God forbid u try on a bathing suit and the tag falls off in the process and that happens to be what u like the most among the lot u purchasing. To make matters worse , this male at the cashier desk on 07/06/2024, was soo rude abt the whole thing. Said its policy...erm sir i dnt have an issue with ur so called policy, what i have an issue with is ur attitude and the lack of knowledge/information to customers. U claim there are periodic announcement to inform people. Meanwhile whole time i was there i didnt hear any of the sort. Perhaps put a sign up in the changing rooms!
I have been coming here for yrs...i am Defo not coming back!

I'm an avid goodwill shopper and this is one of the nicer ones I have been to. Their racks are very organized - both closing and wares. The base-prices are higher side ($6.99 for a sleeveless shirt), but they still do the color tag discounts, so if you have the patience to search for tags, a good deal can be had! Their staff is always so friendly & helpful!

This goodwill is more expensive than a regular store. The register breaks often and they only take cash, very frustrating. The employee obviously hate working there, they are rude and nasty. They ask for donations, who is going to donate to a place we can’t return anything I hope this place go out of business!!

Went in to buy a few items, one item didn't have a tag on It. They said they wouldn't sell it to me and didn't even attempt to get s price, just threw it in a bin. The girl at the front register was really rude and said better luck next time. Took my business elsewhere.

Honestly have been super disappointed going to this goodwill lost recently and there's always one male cashier up there that is the absolute rudest thing in the world for absolutely no reason at all. He REFUSED to get a manager for me and completely walked off while I was talking to him after not asking me for my rewards after I repeatedly asked him if I had gotten the discount on everything and being dismissed almost every time and then him rushing me through checkout. It was all bad. He was rude last time I went to. Luckily another very kind lady was able to get a manager for me to fix the problem (because I obviously knew it could he fixed, even though the cashier said "nope, no manager here."? Honestly won't be back to this one again until they can get a competent, at least somewhat friendly cashier working upfront. Otherwise the prices usually arent to too bad at this goodwill
