All I can say is “Wow”! I’m new to the area and began my search for a used SUV. I came across John Kennedy Ford and inquired about a car and I was quickly connected to Chris Phillips. I’m telling you, this salesman truly went out of his way to assist me. He even came to my house to bring me to the dealership to test drive cars. He explained all options and also discounted the price for me to meet my needs. He was in constant communication with me and even delivered the car to my home. He was friendly and went above and beyond my expectations. This dealership will have a customer for life with me! ? Loving my new ride!!!

Not the best experience here. I asked service to check for a firmware update for the stereo system as it has been doing abnormal things. There was no mention of this at pickup. They were unable to find an engine related noise that developed after 6 months of ownership. It was deemed a "characteristic" of the engine. The oil life was not reset so I had to do this. These are mostly nuisance items and I suppose if there were serious problems they would have been addressed.

Had a great experience buying my Bronco Sport. Huge shout out to Matt Bierer who went out of his way to make sure we were all set up with everything Ford has to offer. Strongly recommend seeing him if you are looking to buy a new car!!

This is a great dealership. I just bought a Ford F-150 and it had a tire problem 5 months in. I brought it back today and they apologized for the inconvenience and took responsibility for the issue and got me newer tires. I'm very pleased with this gesture from the Ford team. I will be recommending more people to this Ford. Not to mention great customer service.

Great sales team and great service team. Very professional. I ordered my first new vehicle through them, a 2023 Maverick truck. When it arrived, the buying experience was smooth, everyone was accommodating, informative, and not pushy.After 6 months, one of my power windows failed - I called the service team and they fixed it the same afternoon! Again, very accommodating and they honored the warranty without hesitation. I highly recommend this dealership.

Tried to test drive a new Escape. Made my initial inquiry via the fordofphoenixville website only to learn later, after back and forth emails, that the salesperson was in Conshohoken not Phoenixville. After that delay, I made some attempts to arrange a test drive but the dealership is all "drama" and it was just so frustrating trying to even arrange a test drive. They were more interested in playing games then actually helping me purchase a car.

Very happy with the repairs done to my truck at the dealership. The service department worked very hard to get to the root causes of all of the problems that my 2016 f150 was having.They kept in contact with me, and acted professionally - getting my truck finished in time for a long drive to NC - and it didnt miss a beat..Above all, where mistakes were made, mistakes were corrected at no extra charge and my vehicle now runs as good as it did the day I bought it from this dealership.Thank you Chris S. and everyone else in this service department for the hard work, and persistence applied in order to get my truck in order. I know it was not particularly an easy situation.Give this service dept. a chance, and be realistic. They will make things right.

I bought a used car from John Kennedy Ford in Phoenixville last week. I called them in the morning, and they had the car in their lot from one of their sister dealerships in about an hour. Chris Phillips, the salesman, made time to bring it to my home in the middle of the day so that I could give it a test drive on my lunch break.I made the decision to purchase the car during that test drive, and Chris got to work right away. By the time I logged off of work, the credit application and financing were taken care of. He walked me through providing the documentation needed, and I feel like he spent his whole day working for me.After work, a buddy took me to the dealership, and basically all that was left was to sign the paperwork. Chris gave me good advice regarding warranty options, and made the whole process very simple.I'm looking forward to working with John Kennedy Ford in Phoenixville next time I'm in the market to purchase a car. Thanks, Chris!!

Terrible experience with customer service guy Jimmy Marquisette. Tried to BULLY my wife into paying 2000 dollars for breaks and rotors. He should be fired for the way he treated my wife…..disgusted and will never recommend this place solely based on him. STAY AWAY.

I have been taking my car there for service for a year now and every time I go they tell me I need something done that will cost me over $1000. Most recently I took it in for a transmission fluid flush, and nothing else. They called to tell me after doing an initial check (that I didn’t ask them to do) they saw I have a hole in my exhaust and with parts and labor it will cost me $3000 to fix. We were alarmed at this and said we wanted a second opinion. We took it to a friends shop who lives close to an hour away, but after they reviewed it they said it was not what the dealership told us and it would only cost $195 to fix. Thank god my husband thought to take it somewhere else or we would have been scammed out of $3000 right before the holidays. If you go here for service make sure you know what they’re talking about or get a second opinion! I do not trust anything these people say!!!
