After buying a new phone from Metro pcs at 256 Schuylkill Rd Store # 9, Phoenixville, PA 19460, , a premium insurance plan was added to my monthly bill without my knowledge or consent. The receipt said I have 14 days after the purchase to return the phone for a refund, but after trying to return it, I was denied because it was considered an "upgrade". If purchasing a new phone voids the return policy, then why have a return policy at all? It is misleading and predatory.

Brittany gave me the best service I've ever had! She was very kind and patient with me since I'm a senior citizen and needed to be taught how to use certain things on my phone. She taught me so much and I will be sending more customers her way!

I want to take the time out to thank Victoria excellent customer she was a big help she helped me a lot with a new phone I was in there 15 times within two and a half wks phone kept cutting off wanted $30 for an activation fee got another phone and wanted another $30 if it'll work the first two weeks I wouldn't have had no problems so Metro itself sucks but I just want to say thank you so much Victoria for your help it was greatly appreciated
