Wonderful place to practice yoga. Super beginner friendly, every instructor ive had has been kind, knowledgeable, and always offer adaptations. Lovely community and fun workshops too!

Great Place! Having been new to yoga I wasn't sure what to expect but have been loving it! The community is great along with the vibes. Kate and her staff do an amazing job!
