“We were looking specifically for a larger multi hold birdhouse, and we found this place online. They had two in their store and the owner got them down for us to look at. He was very knowledgeable about the questions we asked ( being our first time birdhouse buyers ). We bought one and also decided to get a goldfinch feeder. We hung the feeder and we are totally enjoying watching all of the goldfinches eating from it. We are happy with both of our purchases.”

“Tons of inventory and comparable prices to chain stores. Some things may be a bit more expensive, but it's locally owned. I don't mind spending a dollar or two more when staples like dog and cat food are actually cheaper than Target or Tractor Supply. The older staff are knowledgeable and helpful. There is an army of teenagers that are nice, but don't always know the answers, but they free up the managers to answer questions and give advice.”

The trainers are FANTASTIC, extremely knowledgeable and helpful; also very thorough and available to reach out to for any follow up. We learned some great tricks & tips. “Service is top-notch. I had purchased a large dog crate that I never opened, well past any other stores return policy, but it was never opened. Braxtons returned without a question. As a purchaser of raw/frozen food for my standard, you must be very careful where you buy. If the raw food is not stored properly, your dog can get very sick. My standard has been sick 2x in her life and it was when I purchased raw at another store. Family owed business are the BEST! If prices are higher than other "chains," its worth the extra money for quality and service!”

We needed a pool filled and when I called every place in the surrounding area, each time I received snarky answers. Not the case here! The driver the friendly, kind and respectful. “I come here for various hardware, lawn care products, and pet supplies but one thing that's been bringing me back regularly is their pet wash they recently installed. My dog has bad allergy issues so weekly baths are a must to keep her skin/coat clear. This pet wash at Tractor Supply has been a godsend. They created a small room for it and it's a pretty nice piece of equipment that has everything you need including built in shampoo, conditioner, rinsing, and warm air dryer. I prefer this over all of the local dog washes because the equipment is very reliable, it is temperature regulated at ~78° (no messing with hot/cold pressures) and they get their towels washed by a professional third party (seems to be from the kind of place that washes restaurant towels/linens). A lot of local dog washes wash their towels in house and they always smell awful. I also like that the machine is all stainless. Bonus is that you get a free dog wash after so many washes (5-10?). I lose track but I know I earn a free wash every once in a while.”

“This place always has what i am searching for. You can bring your dogs inside the shop and not worry about leaving them in the car. Definitely recommend this place for my pet people out there. Not only do they have great quality dog food, but they also have dog beds, cat beds, anything pet based, and much more! They even have free treats for your pet! “I had never been to this Petco location before but I'm extremely glad I decided to get my sheltie groomed here! Autumn the groomer was extremely patient with my high strung dog. While I was waiting I did some browsing for a lead and a sales associate named Kai came to me immediately to offer assistance. Needless to say the employees are super friendly and do an amazing job grooming! I will be returning :)”

“I am writing this review and giving it 5 stares based solely on Janis who I believe is the manager at this location. Dealing with people can at times be a challenge. Every time I walk in with my dog Lucy she greets us with a huge smile and a warm welcome. She takes the time to acknowledge Lucy with a few pats on her head and a treat. From what I can tell Janis is a very loyal and dedicated employee as I have been in there when an employee did not show up. And yet still with a smile and a warm greeting. She always does her best to make sure she has Lucy's food in stock and helps with any questions I have with new products that I am interested in. We enjoy our weekly visit to Concord Pets to see Janis and pick up Lucy's food and treats!”

“I was looking for a coat for my 95+ pound Boxer. He has an auto immune disease so his fur is very thin and he requires a coat from the fall to the spring. This coat is great because it is easy on/easy off. The fleece lining keeps him nice and warm and the nylon exterior keeps the water off him in bad weather. Overall, this jacket was an amazing find and I highly recommend it:-).”

“This is my....excuse me, Milo's favorite place in the world. YES! PETCO! I feel a little scratch on my leg every Saturday morning. Looking down, I always know I'll see my eager little buddy, Milo, my Chihuahua. He knows what day it is and exactly where we should be...Petco. This place is like the dog park for him. He just goes nuts. Once in, he's like a hound dog that has latched onto a sent! They simply provide everything I need. We just browse the online options,click,payand we're on our way!”

“I recently have used the grooming services twice. Once for a nail trim and the other for a full haircut, bath and nail trim. I have had a good experience with Shawn each visit. She goes over what my puppy can expect, what I can expect and listens to any concerns I have. Shawn let me know the photos I showed her for the haircut I wanted for my pup would look a little different since my puppy had slightly different fur than the dog in the photo. I appreciated her honesty and recommendations. I am giving Petco four stars because of the unnecessary fees they tack on to the services. Just add them into the price of the haircut or service you are getting. I felt nickeled and dimed when I went to pay. I will be back and I recommend asking for Shawn. She is very knowledgeable and kind.”

“I bought my all white female Guinea from pet supplies plus and she immediately bonded with my other Guinea who needed a companion. They became the best of friends instantly and love being in their hut together or playing around in their playpen. They just recently met and won’t let eachother out of their site!”
