“This is an excellent product for my grandkitty, Cobi. I didn't believe he would use it, but I was so wrong. He loves it. If I could afford two of them I would buy them for my two cats. Amazing technology.”
“I have 3 Shih Tzu's and I was able to bath all 3 of them. I will definitely be using them again. They supply everything from shampoo/conditioner and also towels. Highly recommended. The staff was also accommodating”
“Love this place for all of our dogs’ needs. Mark is extremely knowledgeable and helpful. He is also very personable. He even remembered I was taking my dogs on a hiking trip that I had told him about from a previous visit. Can’t recommend enough!”

“The sales associate was friendly, knowlegable and helpful. The store was clean organized and the products were marked and easily assessable. I was also given samples for what I was looking for.”

The owners and staff are friendly and helpful.
Their prices are very fair”

“Harry was super friendly and nice, very knowledgeable and helped me find the perfect toy for my cat! There are so many cat products which is a breath of fresh air compared to big box stores. Prices are fair and store is well organized.”

“I like this place, they always have cool gadgets and stuff, the food prices are good but very limited meat section i was kind of disappointed, but staff was pleasant and helpful.”
“Andrea keeps high quality pet supplies in stock and does her homework. I'm happy to support her small business when I'm in the neighborhood, which isn't as often as I'd like”
“Very helpful staff! Was looking to fill a small 5 gallon aquarium and they helped me pick a frog, rather than a fish as it was low maintenance and not interesting for my kids. Double checked everything they told me online and it was spot on.”
“Our dog Phoebe goes to Katelyn’s puppy training class and we already love it so much! She has learned so much in just one week and it’s been such a help being new dog parents. We love Kate and so does Phoebe”
“We’ve been here several times and really appreciate the self-bathing stations. Everything is always clean, well-stocked, and reasonably priced, which makes bath time for my two Golden Retrievers so much easier. I also love that they have fresh dog treats available, and the staff has always been friendly whenever we visit. Overall, it’s a great store for pet supplies and grooming needs. Definitely worth a visit!”
“Even though Doggie Style in Bala Cynwd isn’t the closest to me, I go the extra miles to get my dog groomed by Felicia, who is the best. I don’t know how she manages to always do a perfect job with my very anxious dog, but she does. Here are before and after pictures.”
“I have been going to Petco for years and they are great with smal quantities if you don't want to buy a case of cat food. They have helped me out in a pinch many times. Thank you, Petco!!”
“I messed up and brought my dog on the wrong day for a bath and brush. The ladies in the grooming salon were kind and fit us right in without making it seem like an inconvenience.”
“Today was my first time visiting this Petco location. My grandson had saved up money and wanted to buy items for his new ferret. The first associate to help us was Will and I must say the service we were provided was beyond EXCEPTIONAL. It's nice to enter an establishment and be assisted without hesitancy and with kindness. Thank you Will!!! Because of you l, we will be back!”

“We have used Molly's Run for over 20 years for all of our dogs. The best part is that we know the staff as many of them have been there for years. We started with Bob and Val and now Anne and John know our Springer Spaniel "Sam" as well as we do! Our grown children now travel in from Philly to Board their Golden Doodle. Wouldn't go anywhere else.”

“I was looking for a coat for my 95+ pound Boxer. He has an auto immune disease so his fur is very thin and he requires a coat from the fall to the spring. This coat is great because it is easy on/easy off. The fleece lining keeps him nice and warm and the nylon exterior keeps the water off him in bad weather. Overall, this jacket was an amazing find and I highly recommend it:-).”
“Brittney is the best trainer for our dog. He's super anxious and she was so patient with him. He's definitely made so much progress because of her guidance.”
“My dog Max went for a service . Khaliea was so patient and took her time with him. He is 11 months old and has high energy.she explained that he needed time for his cut it was detailed and had precision. I will be rebooking.”
“Good selection of food and cat litter options. They also have toys, and many other products for cats and dogs. They also have a groomer/rather to get your pet cleaned up. I was going to say pampered though I am not sure how much pampering really goes on. Haha convenient location”
“Went to look at a kitty for adoption in the adoption center by Stray Cat Blues and adopted CC ❤️ wonderful organization have adoptioned from them twice this is my third time!”
“They always do a great job with Maggie’s bath and nail buffing. She has very long sharp nails and they get a great smooth grooming with the grinding unlike the blunt cut at the vet.”
“Took my mom’s puppy here for a grooming while she’s visiting and was so impressed! What an incredible spot with the kindest folks! Heidi did a beautiful job with Minnie (who had a bit of mating from missing a groom over the holidays—if you know the breed, you understand the complexity of their coat ?) and made her look like a show dog! Thank you to this wonderful place for a spectacular groom! ?”

“Francisvale’s new team from Providence Animal Shelter is absolutely amazing. We recently lost one of our beloved cats, and while we’ve always buried our pets at Francisvale, I was honestly dreading it this time. I wasn’t sure a larger organization like Providence could match the personal, client-focused care of the original Francisvale staff.
I was completely wrong.
Amelia Smith from Providence Operations exchanged emails with me about every burial detail and made sure we found a date and time that worked for our whole family. Aidan and Jordan met us at the cemetery and helped us choose the perfect resting place right beside our other cats. When the day came, everything was prepared, and all three Providence staff members were there to ensure our little Sarabi’s burial was handled with care and respect.
The new team is compassionate, accommodating, and incredibly generous with their time. My family and I were genuinely impressed by the kindness shown to both our cat and our family. The grounds remain as peaceful and beautiful as ever.
Under Providence’s stewardship, I truly believe Francisvale Home for Smaller Animals will continue to thrive as a no-kill shelter and remain a comforting, dignified resting place for our beloved companions.”
“Vetco clinics are great! Very convenient, and affordable but most importantly the Vets are so great with all the animals! My dogs get their shots quickly and hardly notice because they are busy enjoying the cheese treats!”
“Easy to schedule appointment - easy to confirm and fill in info. Short wait time at the appointment. The Employees and the Veterinarian were nice, knowledgeable and very caring for my dog. It’s so easy and worth it! We will definitely use again!! Thank you!”

“100% the best place to adopt a cat. They do amazing work taking care of each kitty and getting them ready for adoption. Adoption process is easy and they really care that the cats are going to good homes while being very supportive. We have adopted 2 cats there and could not be happier.”
