She treated each customer with courtesy despite the long lines. Why was she there alone especially when the manager was there and made no offer to help? This post office is always busy and needs at least 2 clerks.”

“No offence to the other reviews on this post office but have you ever been to a different post office before? This is a small town post office designed for the volume of visitors a small town receives. They are closed for lunch. The service is great and even when there is a line (never more than 2 ahead of you) they are fast and friendly. Kimberton/Yellow Springs is just as great. I'm thankful for a nearby small town post office.”
“We just moved to New Street so went in for a change of address, Anthony that helped us was so nice and accommodating, I didn't have any questions because he answered them all before I could ask, he gives you that feeling like you are never a bother and he is literally there to help in any way possible, he set the tone for our recent move and I can say that it has been an amazingly beautiful and joyful experience thus far, so thank you Anthony for being what everyone wants out of customer service, keep up the great work🥰”

“Just want to say the employee working on Friday afternoon (May 15th 2026) did a great job. She was dealing with multiple people at once and stayed relaxed and pleasant dealing with things. She also pointed out an error I made addressing my envelope simply because she knew the actual buisness address from memory. She could have just mailed it out or got impatient from the mistake. Multiple times I saw opportunities for her to get annoyed or miserable from customers but didn’t, I appreciate the good work ethic.”

I called and spoke to a woman named Judy, and she offered to forward the package to me in my new location. Recently, when dealing with the USPS, I've been disappointed at the red tape I've encountered. This office made it easy for me, and cured my anxieties.”

“Lived in the area 15-20 years and never had an issue until recently. They put the wrong postage on a soil sample to PSU and it came back RTS. They treated it as first class but should have been parcel. I had no receipt but they made good and I paid only the difference and were apologetic. Does it get crowded, yes. But they all do.”
“I drop off packages here outside of peak hours all the time. I never have any problems and there's usually almost no wait. A year or two ago one of my packages had a weird issue where it kept going back and forth between 2 postal distribution centers. I spoke with the local postmaster, who was very nice and happy to help, and he said he'd look into it. Two days later I had my package.”

“Reviewing specifically for the woman that was working this evening. There was an issue with a customers shipment that seemed to be system related, and the line was building at quarter to 5. Despite her frustration with whatever was going on with the system, she remained very professional with both the customer she was working with and with the people waiting in line, even giving the option for a nearby post office that was open for another hour.
She was super helpful with my transaction when I finally got to the counter. I very much appreciate her service & commend her handling of the situation. I’m only sorry I didn’t get her name, but USPS has got a great employee in this woman 💙”

“While our favorite postman, Bob Hummel, has been on vacation our substitute postman Whitney has been an amazing professional friendly and sincere carrier. He even remembered every day he delivered the mail a treat for our dog who loves to greet the mailman every day with a friendly tail wag. Sure hope when Bob has a day off or vacation we are able to have Whitney. We love Bob but understand he needs a day off and vacation so when Bob can’t deliver the mail the next best is Whitney. Both men are fantastic.”

“My employer was having issues with getting addresses corrected for all the businesses on our campus. I spoke with Frank, Administrative Supervisor and he was very helpful and had the problem solved with in 24 hours. Frank dispatched Tony, Maintenance, out and he was able to install new mailboxes with the post office locks. Again with 24 hours. Both of these gentlemen were professional and courteous each time I spoke with them.”
