i have been here 4 times now. the nails come out nice but i noticed that the polish chips faster than usual. i didn’t get the correct shape, and it was too late to say anything since the nail had already been shaved down. they also love to use the drill for everything, including the cuticle. i was cut from the drill multiple times, and the lady told me that i just had sensitive skin and was getting frustrated at me as if i was the one cutting my own skin. they are very rough, and it stung for a while after. she used the nail filer so much, yet the shape on some of the nails didn’t come out the best. will not be returning.

Nice salon however they add additional services without your permission and then surprise you when you check out with a higher price than the service. While there I heard another customer questioning the total price.

I was in the area and haven’t had my nails done in a while! The ladies squeezed me in and were sooo kind! They did an absolutely amazing job on my full set! Very affordable! I will definitely be coming back but scheduling an appointment first so I don’t put the pressure on these ladies!

I’ve been going to pro nails for months. Cindy and Lynn are the best. Super efficient and friendly; all the ladies do a great pedicure and dip manicure. Plus they play movies in the salon which always passes the time well. Highly recommend.

A really fantastic Spa Pedicure - a friend & I went in & we were in the chairs quickly as walk-ins. Both my friend & I agreed it was one of the best foot massages we’ve ever received + made our toes look cute! It is not my usual place I go to, but I am not disappointed at all!

This is the best nail salon in Phoenixville! My nails always look amazing. I get both a manicure and pedicure. Lynn always takes her time to make sure it looks great. Highly recommend!
