Super professional staff! Every time I have come here, they have been nice, efficient, and professional. The waiting room can get full sometimes, but you’re able to check in at a kiosk, leave, and return before your appointment time. I’ve never had to worry about bruising or pain during blood draws.

This place doesn't seem to have enough staff to handle the amount of clients. Wait times are unacceptably long, and no one is at the front desk.However the staff that they do have seems friendly and accommodating.
