I was racially profiled by the manger John there who accused me of stealing something that I walked into the store with and also had the receipt in hand. I thought this area was better than this. I have never experienced such racism. I'm glad they're closing. May no Black American ever experience such poor treatment there again! Shame on them! (Rite Aid company as since apologized but this location has not)

I've really had it with this Pharmacy. The pharmacy staff at this RiteAid could greatly benefit from improving their customer communication, organizational, and problem-solving skills, as well as sharpening their basic math abilities. Unfortunately, my experiences have often been marred by encounters with staff who come across as rude and seem ill-equipped to effectively address issues related to my medications. On multiple occasions, I have encountered problems with the handling of my prescriptions, including being double-charged for medications. In these situations, the pharmacy staff appeared unable to either identify the billing discrepancies (such as basic math errors on receipts) or provide clear guidance on how I could expect to be refunded for the overcharges. In one instance, I was simply told by Kathy to "Just call your bank because I don't know how to fix it here," which left me feeling frustrated and unsupported.Furthermore, there was a troubling incident where I was wrongly denied my stimulant medication under the assumption that I was attempting to refill a prescription when, in fact, I was merely trying to pick up a prepaid medication. The mishandling of this situation was not only inconvenient but also accompanied by a complete lack of respect in their interactions with me.Upon returning to the store after taking a moment to compose myself, I overheard staff members discussing my situation, seemingly insinuating that I had some ulterior motive or was attempting to misuse medications.I sincerely urge RiteAid to evaluate and invest in the training and development of their pharmacy staff. By equipping them with better communication skills, organizational proficiency, problem-solving capabilities, and a commitment to respectful customer service, RiteAid can significantly enhance the overall experience for their valued customers.

I shared a very honest review and they removed it. Not going to take the time to go over all of it again. Basically I paid for my prescription before I got there they said they didn't receive it and I had to pay again. I showed him my online banking where the money was taken out. Didn't make any difference to them. They have a defensive attitude in are harsh and don't want to be accountable for anything. Had issue with that app before and they didn't want to do anything to help. They said that's a corporate issue, you think they would have the common courtesy to give me information so I could contact them.Anyway it's all irrelevant now because I'm going back to Walgreens. I only left them because my insurance at the time did not have a contract with them.

I definitely agree with the comments about the obnoxious pharmacy staff. They are actually irritated with customers asking them politely to do their jobs. The lady barked at me today, "Come on. We always be doing this game!"I guess I was taking too long reading the information on the screen. These people are miserable piles of garbage. I'll be using CVS from now on.

Had itWhy should I go to a Pharmacy thatComplains about pushing yellow service button when you don’t see anyone from drive thru window?Disconnect the button, tape it up.Get rid of drive thru.I don’t need a lecture about “I was here why did you push “service” button.Really !maybe a“Sorry to keep you waiting” ???At my age I get reamed for pushing a “service” button? If you don’t like waiting on people go somewhere else to work where zero people involved and you can spend the whole day on your phone.I am a tolerant person but this is way to much! (Not the first time )But certainly the last. Now I have to either wait a day see if that person is off tomorrow or just have doctor send prescriptions somewhere else.Nothing is going to be done. There are at l least 5 other pharmacies within 10 minutes. Just got to move on.SincerelyD Calamia

As many others have said, the pharmacist is extremely rude. They also did not fill my prescription correctly and now I’m completely out of my medication while my doctor is scrambling to get it fixed. Pharmacist told me my doctor wrote my script wrong (she didn’t, I saw the script), but pharmacist kept insisting it was wrong and that I needed to have doctor write another (it’s a Friday night btw). Finally in a moment of exasperation told the pharmacist to just fill it as it was written because I’d been without my medication for weeks at that point. Well now I’m out of my medication AGAIN because they filled it wrong… where is the rest of my medication? Why didn’t you fill it the way my doctor wrote it? Wondering if someone at this pharmacy pocketed it, honestly. DO NOT GO HERE.

I stopped by to inquire about an allergy medication, and if it would be covered by insurance. I echo the voices of so many who mentioned one of the pharmacist come across so rude. simply rude and nasty. Yes, there is way to explain things professionally and politely to customers. I was so disappointed with her totally rude, and nasty tone and they way she provided information. Rite aid, you better counsel that person.

The other afternoon I went into Rite Aid to buy antibiotics because I was very sick with Lyme. Kathleen the lady at the desk was so amazingly kind. I just want to thank her, because it meant so much, at that time in particular, since I felt so horrible, that she was so compassionate and caring.

Great Rite Aid store. I come here all the time to buy my Amazon gift cards so I can shop on Amazon and getting all of my goodies. And my total Wireless phone card to pay my phone bill every month. Never had any problems with the gift cards and my total Wireless phone cards. Great Rite Aid and great service. Also, I like my favorite cashier Teaghan. She very nice and friendly. The other cashiers are very nice and friendly too. I love this Rite Aid store. Great service!

This store is so refreshing! It is crystal clean and there is someone there to help! Amazing after putting up with the chaos that is CVS. I'm never going anywhere else!

This location is due for CLOSURE. Their employees claim that there isn't enough revenue in the store to honor their Western Union designation but take money from pill heads for scripts all day long. Mismanaged, unorganized and a fitting example of poor quality service in the area and on behalf of Rite Aid.
