“Went to FedEx for some important prints for a work event. It was a quick turnover and I needed it completed next day. The manager Toni called me to make sure the order was understood and was extremely detailed to make sure everything was completed to standard and on time. When I went in for pick up, Toni went above and beyond to make sure everything was perfect! She was amazing and even recut some of the items to make sure they were exactly what was needed. I didn’t ask her to do all these things, but she was so detailed and truly wanted to make sure the order was perfect. I was so grateful for her and for making the experience a five star experience from start to finish. I will only go here from here on out. Thank you Toni!!”

“Clean, not big but spacious enough. Very friendly personnel. There were 2 guys and both were friendly, welcoming, respectful. I shipped the large cumbersome box and one guy opened the entrance door as soon as he saw me and my friend approaching. He said a little nice joke. Then I needed some time to find the QR codes on my laptop and Another guy waited for me, patiently, ready to get it shipped. Then he immediately printed the labels and glued them to my box. It was a nice encounter with Fedex. I liked it. Highly recommend!”

“I just had to take a large, heavy box to FedEX since it was supposed to be picked up at my residence and was never picked up. This location is very easy to get to and if you can read you will have no trouble following the signs to the customer location. It is very well marked.The gentleman behind the counter was extremely helpful since I am handicapped, and he helped me with the package and even brought me my receipt. A very good experience.”

“No offence to the other reviews on this post office but have you ever been to a different post office before? This is a small town post office designed for the volume of visitors a small town receives. They are closed for lunch. The service is great and even when there is a line (never more than 2 ahead of you) they are fast and friendly. Kimberton/Yellow Springs is just as great. I'm thankful for a nearby small town post office.”
“I needed to find a place in a hurry to ship something to DC overnight. I walked in at 5:38 and I was 12th in line and there was one lady behind the counter. I thought there's no way I'm getting to the counter before this place closes at 6pm. People had things that needed to be wrapped, weighed, sorted, and sent. The lady behind the counter was like an octopus. She was working the register with one hand, wrapping withe other, giving people who walked in with pre wrapped packages directions on where to put their stuff. She was amazingly good at her job as well as being engaging and nice. I walked out at 5:58. 20 minutes in and out with 11 people in front of me (2 behind me eventually). What a great experience.”
