I had a great experience. Hannah was so friendly and listened to exactly what I wanted. Thicker nails less filing and the perfect shape! The place was relaxing and quiet as my daughter and myself were the only ones there. Hannah even cleaned as she went on doing my nails which I loved! I highly recommend calling for her or her sister!

The nail artists are very nice and professional! They work quickly but are very careful and intricate! They did what I asked for perfectly and made sure I was happy with them! Best nail salon I’ve been to.

I won't go back. I called to see if they had time for a pedicure. They said yes but when I got there they were too busy. The owner was in the other room the entire time while someone else just kept bouncing between me and another client. Oh I just love sitting for 20 minutes with one foot done and the other not done while u do someone elses nails. Like I didnt exist plus is that sanitary. Didnt get the full massage they normally do either. This place is pricey and I didnt pay to come here and be treated like that. Just go someone else its not worth it.

I've been going to Hannah for years now and can tell you that she is the only nail technician to take on my Quadriplegic hands and toes on her own, everywhere else I've gone had to have 3 people working on me and never wanted to do my toes! Hannah and her sister are the kindest human beings and willing to help anyone as long as you make an appointment! Hannah has literally gone above and beyond to make me feel like anyone else which is such a blessing. I recommend this place to everyone and I always get hundreds of compliments on my nails every time! And they actually take their time unlike most places, they want to give you the most beautiful nails every time!

Hannah is AMAZING! My nails are always super high quality, last for 3+ weeks, very reasonable price, and the customer service is wonderful. I have been coming for over a year and will always keep coming back!

$90 for a full set of acrylic nails with an ombre? I just went to another salon and got the same nails AND a deluxe pedi for $95. The customer service was good but I cannot justify this price at all. At least give your customers a warning.

I Went to top nails in Phoenixville about a week ago, before my vacation to the beach. I called for an appointment and got me in right away. The owner kept asking me where I've gotten my nail done before, very judgmental and made you a little uncomfortable. Telling me how her work is the best and how her nails last the longest. It took two hours for a refill. Only have had my new fresh set of nails for only a WEEK and this is what happened. I honestly wish I never went there and I stuck with my original nail salon Enchanted nail in Royersford. Cleaner, nicer, nails last longer, and over all a better environment there. I hope the owner which I think is Hannah can figure a solution, why nails are falling off so fast. Really upset I paid 55$ for a refill, that she said was supposed last longer than 3 weeks, which is RIDICULOUS!!!! So upset and honestly wouldn't recommend to anyone who need there nails done.

I called around to find a place that could take me for a pedi right away and they could. I never get to do something nice for myself and had an hour before picking up my kids. I got there and they left me in soapy water for over 20 minutes. At one point she said two more minutes, and I sat there for at least ten more then stepped out of the water and said I was leaving. Not cool!!

Top Nails is an excellent place to get your nails done!! I got acrylic there and every single time I go it was amazing. I switched to dip and my nails look fantastic!! Highly recommend!

The cutest thing ever!!! We were only in the town for the weekend and needed to kill some time between events and I thought it would be fun to get the super girly toddler with me her 1st manicure. I called several shops in the area and this one was the 1st to say they had an opening today. Of course she wanted pink glittery polish, so I let the lady working help pick a coloe. She did not disappoint! She added some extra flare and painted her toes to match. wasn't raised getting my nails done, so I am new to this life and I'm pretty sure I'm creating a toddler size monster. Highly recommend stopping by if your in the area. Just fyi there are steps to get to the salon.
