“This is my second time renting a Penske moving truck. The first time is used a 17ft. This time I used a 12ft size truck. Both were great but the 12ft was excellent. This truck didnt even use 100 dollars in gas traveling from Belleville Illinois to Pottstown, Pennsylvania. I was shocked that a big truck like that could get such good gas mileage. I rented a local U haul ro move 4 miles , making 2 trips and spent 45 in gas. Also the customer service is wonderful. All the people from the phone center to the agents where you pick up and drop off are terrific. I had 2 awesome experiences. I would say to everyone this is the company to use when doing a self move. I live Penske and I would even do an ad for them for free, that is how much I love their products and services. Awesome , Awesome and Awesome.”

“I rarely leave reviews online, but I just had to in this instance. I reserved a uhaul using what I thought was a mobile pickup, but there was an issue with the app and when I arrived the location was closed and there was no key waiting for me. George was just wrapping up his day, but he offered to help me. He got on the phone with a uhaul help center and helped track down my reservation. He stayed at least a half an hour past his shift just to help me. Amazing service. Thank you George!”
“I shopped here for a DIY project. This is on Lancaster Ave on the malvern/Frazer side. The parking is dedicated for this store. The staff is very friendly and assisted me in getting some materials that are needed for the project. They have a wide range of items of wood and the selection is robust and mrt my needs. Overall, it was a quick visit, but I got what I needed.”
“The car was perfect for my trip. It looked brand new, it was extremely clean and held up pretty good for autocross. Agent Alym was extremely helpful! He made me feel important, like a VIP. I would rate my experience here an 11/10. I usually rent from Alamo, but now I will always be coming to Avis for the customer service and satisfaction.”

“Going to a DIY store is out of my comfort zone. I do have to say each time I go to my local store I get great assistance from both male and female associates. It gives me hope that one day I will know what I am doing around the yard. They will even put the really heavy items in the back of your vehicle. No complaints from me. I always learn so much when I go there. Gotta run and see if I remember how to hook up the bagger thingy to the mower.”
“The General Manager Zachary Thomas went over and above to help me decide to use his facility. He did everything in his power to get me storage units. I had dependencies on my U-Boxes delivery and the Moving help schedules. He was always opened to adjust my need. During the move, my U-Boxes were kept on the farther from my units. It was my mistake. When I arrived for the move, he changed the units close to the U-Boxes. Thank you Zach!”
“Actually had an excellent experience. Truck was there, extra items i needed were there (hand trucks, blankets, etc.). Rental agent was extremely pleasant, just had a slow computer to work with but eventually we got it all done & I was off. I was fearing the worst from other reviews but my truck pick-up was pretty smooth. Would definitely use this site for a truck pick-up again!”
