I usually have a great experience at this UPS store but not this morning. The assistant manager working today was very rude and would cut me off every time I tried to ask her a question. I had a question about the email charge, since I’ve printed by email several times at this location and have never been charged that before. She was very quick to be defensive and offered no explanation on why I was never charged that before. I hope she was just having a bad day and is not like that all the time.

I came in at 5 min before closing and the staff, as always, was helpful and took care of my need to return Xfinity equipment the night before I moved. This store always has an incredible customer experience.

A great location. Very welcoming, friendly, and attentive staff. Amber was great at assisting me with my pickup and ensuring that it was a smooth one. For those interested I found out that they also service Amazon returns. I will be sure to use this service if ever needed.

I always make my returns without any problem, the people who have helped me before have been very kind except today an older woman was very terrible. I showed her my phone so she could check my email. At no time did she say it in a good way. I don't understand if you don't have no type of patience for your work better not be there very bad experience with that woman?

Sylvia was very helpful with an issue I had with shipping a large item.It is an item that has to be shipped with UPS freight, and she explained the process I need to take and I will definitely be back so they can make the process seamless.Thanks again!

Sylvia of the Kimberton store is always super helpful and easy to interact with. She makes Amazon returns an easy and pain free process for all her customers all while being courteous and very polite. I have noticed that she gets a lot of customers on Sundays just a bit before closing, (myself included sometimes) doing Amazon returns and package dropoffs (often a line out the door), but she always keeps her cool and keeps the line moving and flowing. She often will instruct customers to have their return codes ready and screen brightness up to tackle the incoming line of returns. I would love to see her get an extra pair of hands on Sundays if possible or at least a pay raise. She trully runs this store like a boss!

“Manager” almost refused my Amazon return because the shipping box wasn’t taped and when I asked if I could have a single piece of tape I was directed to purchase a roll. Talk about bad customer service. I’ve never been to an UPS store and been told to go buy a whole roll to seal a box. Eventually gave me a piece of tape but made sure to comment that “SHE would have to use the tape gun because it’s a liability”. Good thing she’s looking out for us. We didn’t get to sit through the 5 min PowerPoint on how to use a tape gun. Smh.
