Got there a few minutes before 4:30 and all they had to say was “just missed us”. All I needed was to check that an envelope was below an ounce, you should be open until 4:30 if that’s what you advertise.

Very bad service and more so on the part of the supervisor, apart from losing emails with doc. Important and not give reasons for them... the supervisor should have more control over deliveries... be more professional and friendly.

Been living in Phoenixville for the better part of a decade, and this post office is consistently the worst service around. Mail carriers, rude. Front desk, rude. Supervisors, even more rude! It’s almost as if they enjoy bullying people because they hold power over their mail and know they can’t do anything about it.

I see why they have low rating. Very unprofessional. I went yesterday and they have a sign up that the window wont open until 9am. Ok no biggie, things happen. Go again today. Got there around 7:53am. The window is supposed to open at 8am. Mind you while I'm in the lobby 2 employees have come in and I heard about 3-4 employees in the back talking. 8am comes noone comes out. At around 810 a man comes out and puts a sign in the door the window wont open until 9am...like are you effin kidding me. So in the 15-29 mins that you saw me standing in the lobby noone thought it would be polite to let a customer know they aren't opening until later!?! A bunch of effin losers.

Brittany is incredibly rude, condescending and should not work anywhere involving customer service. Has a major attitude

Yesterday (05/23/2023) around 4:20pm, I was attended by a rude woman, I felt humiliated by her. I had no reaction with the lack of education and professionalism, because a quality professional needs to know how to communicate with customers and politely explain something. I hope I don't have to meet people like her again. And I hope the staff will be more professional and polite.

The Post office box at my building has a lock that is not working...I had a pkg delivered thurs or Fri last week, I cannot access it, had another pkg delivered this morning, same thing, cannot access. I had something to send, so I took the time to go to the post office location. I took care of my outgoing pkg and then mentioned the issue with accessing my pkgs...so a supervisor came and said to meet him there (I'm just a couple blocks away), and he fixed it!! Well, I was able to get my pkgs, and the lock needs to be replaced, but he's on top of it!!

In the last few days I've contacted this PO, with valid concerns. They've been very dismissive, and today I was hung up on after my phone rang for almost 5 minutes. i had one quick question about a blue mailbox in the area and whether or not the mail was being picked up daily. It doesn't seem like my mail is getting to its destination in a timely manner. With a lot of the mail in these mailboxes getting stolen, I thought it was a good question. Apparently not! I think this post office is not efficient nor customer friendly. This is probably why more people are using FedEx or UPS.

You can count on waiting when you stop here-they move ASAP-(As Slow As Possible) they work like they have all day to kill-I had to wait 15 minutes while the 1 person working was looking for someones certified mail-this place is a typical Government operation-move slow no problem-and they always let me know they are short staffed (doesnt sound like my problem) Ill go to Valley Forge-much faster and nicer attitude-Phoenixville seems to be set in its ways -total joke.

They’re so rude here, very poor customer service - specifically a younger Caucasian female with maybe blonde/dirty blonde hair, as well as an older lady who seem to primarily work here. The only nice and professional individual is another younger female with glasses and a head wrap.

I hate to leave a negative review. But the mailman delivered my package to the wrong address. And this never happened to me before. I was so stressed out about this issue for the past 2 days. So I went to the post office to find out where my package is located. Found out it was located on 505 Wilson Street and I live on 17 Dianna Drive. How in the hell did my package get delivered there? I went over to that address, and they're saying that they don't have it. Now I don't have my package. The mailman really needs to do a better job next time. And don't struggle while delivering mail when you at work. If the job is too stressful for the mailman, then he should quit and find another job. And don't deliver my packages to the wrong address the next time. Not being rude. I'm telling you the truth. That's why I'm rating this post office a 2 stars. Better be lucky that I don't rate this post office a 1star.

why would one of your postal workers take my name off of my mailbox?? I have lived here for 4 months and no one has taken my name off of my mailbox that lives in my building, it was one of your postal carriers who delivers mail on main street in phoenixville,pa 19460 I will be making a formal complaint in person at your phoenixville post office. So now I have to worry about my mail not getting to me because one of your postal carriers is mad because I have my name on my mailbox?? This makes absolutely no sense that they would do that.

I submitted a form on USPS's website for a missing package that had been marked as delivered in my mailbox. An hour later, I received a call from Mike, who informed me that the carrier was on his way back to look for my package. The carrier found it in the wrong mailbox and then hand-delivered it to my doorstep. Within an hour and a half of submitting the form, I had my package. Mistakes happen. What matters is how you recover from them. Big thanks to Mike and my carrier for such quick resolution and friendly customer service.
