Usually have the nicest experience with the pharmacy staff, but today we had the pleasure of dealing with the older with grey hair who started the transaction off annoyed from the start. our medicine was supposed to be ready on Wednesday when they called and told us it was ready, and upon showing up one was still not ready which greatly annoyed her and was apparently our fault for her looking for it. we asked to run the meds that were ready from pace and she was annoyed and said she would have to completely redo the other prescriptions and unless a policy changed were unaware of that has never been a thing before as we do pace every time. She was frustrated and angry and I understand pharmacists are not in the easiest jobs but we were nothing but nice and her attitude was incredibly off putting.

If you’re looking to get the RSV vaccine during pregnancy…BEWARE. They notified me 20 minutes prior to my appointment on a Saturday that I needed a prescription. Apparently the policy changed as of 2/1/24, but no one bothered to notify anyone with a scheduled RSV appointment of this change. Terrible! Had I been notified on 2/1 of this change, I would have been able to get a prescription. Additionally, when I asked them to reschedule my appointment I was told they can’t to that. No additional explanation. Terrible customer service!

The taller gentleman pharmacist with the glasses has been there for close to a decade and my family and I get all our scripts and shots there, he’s the best and has managed to keep the pharmacy together through all the changes in the recent years as smoothly as can be expected. I’ve seen staff up front and the techs in the back take a beating from customers when they don’t get their way. Last week someone refused to leave the drive thru for half an hour! Honestly a good spot to see a conglomeration of the best weirdos, Karen’s, and low key pervs from the area, trolling about any and everything, youll find yourself thinking wow what an interesting thing to say out loud as an adult with a brain and also am i on camera this can’t be real ?. Great place if you’re wanting to fill a script, ask for recommendation instead of waiting forever for a doctors appointment, stock up on candy, print pictures or people watch.

So over irritated.. the pharmacist and staff have been amazing for years.. the recent change in staff or lack there of and different pharmacists in there are less than desirable, they have no desire to help anyone they are short and rude.. my meds were all taken off Autofill for no reason.. then when I call for a medication info I'm met with a rude guy who actually gave me attituide for the third and last time! I have kept paying more to use a good pharmacy.. I will now be taking mine my husband's mother's and daughters meds elsewhere.

Short staffed and lies about when prescriptions will be ready. They said it would be ready on Wednesday and it wasn't, then on Thursday and it wasn't, and finally on Friday they say they're out. You have to actually go in person to get them to do anything.

I brought two packages in to return. The labels didn’t scan so I had to bring them home, reprint labels, and bring them back. No big deal…except when I brought them back some rude employee walks up to them, says “these are too tall we can’t send these”, and just walks away while I was complaining, ignoring me. One of the rudest customer service reps I’ve ever seen.Obviously the first person who couldn’t scan the labels shouldn’t have told me to bring the packages back. But all this lady had to do was kindly apologize for him and tell me where I could take them.I won’t shop here again, recommend you don’t either, at least while this lady works there.

First time using coupons. They were the correct coupons for the items I had but for some reason their system wasn't processing it so they had to keep voiding and overriding. They wouldn't let me use my coupons because they got frustrated. I left without products and they were OK with that. Not a good experience and poor Shift Lead customer service.

I called to ask if they had children's ibuprofen in stock. Female employee 2/19 at 9AM refused to check the shelves and then hung up on me.

They don’t even know their own rules and procedures! I’ve watched several people purchase tobacco products without id. They would simply just give there birthdate. The one time I leave my id home it can’t be done for me. I wonder why ? we all know why ?

Pharmacists are true professionals, knowlegeable, easy to talk to, responsive to customers' needs, and genuinely caring. I take multiple medications and use their services frequently. I especially appreciate the drive-up window.

Terrible service at the pharmacy. the Japanese employee yelled at me. didn't have a bit of sensitivity or trying to understand what was going on. I made an appointment to take the 4 dose of covid and she didn't want to attend me

Why is this location even open? It’s half stocked, a totally trashed store, with no one working in it.

I had a covid test done 5 days ago at Walgreens. Within 45 min.I was sent an email stating my results were ready. Weird, I thought, that's very early. Well, ever since then it states online to try another birth date when I keep trying to retrieve the result. I contacted them and was emailed that Walgreens has no idea who the lab was and has nothing to do with the test (even tho it's done at their drive thru and they are probably getting govt.money for each one), and they gave me 3 different labs to try to contact! None of them knew anything about my result. Emailed them a second and third time, at the "Contact" address, no response. Nobody at an executive level tried to track down my result or figure out went wrong with my birth date. Meanwhile, being extremely, doubly immunocompromised, I have now missed the important 3 day window to try to get monoclonal antibodies if I'm positive. The earlier the better. (It's hard enough to deal with requesting info about monoclonal antibodies from a govt.contact--you have to have a positive test, I was told.) Walgreens doesn't care that they have impacted negatively on my health and wellbeing, and I will go so far as to say they actually possibly sealed a death sentence for me if I'm positive! So, I am advising the public to use CVS or another pharmacy other than the incompetent, unconcerned and irresponsible Walgreens. CVS was great and simple to track my result in the past. And for those of you who have had success with Walgreens, lucky you. I stand by my opinion that they horrendously suck. Shame on them for their lousy inadequacy and refusal to acknowledge and accept the sacred importance and urgency of a patient's medical test result.
