“i had been using fulton but they all of a sudden said i need to have tax id papers and such which i have, but they claim they are not right but eveyone else says they are fine. then they made me schedule an appointment to go over paperwork and apply to start an account. very frsutrating!!!! I walked into first citzens bank and within 30 minutes i was walking out with my account set up, they are prompt and courteuos proffessionals with a hometown feel”

“I have banked here since the early 1990s when it was still Miners Bank. Every time I go here, I see a new face amongst the tellers, and they look like they are right out of high school. Maybe hire tellers who are a bit older and might appreciate the job and stick around for longer than a month. Also, I am not sure why Lee Ann was promoted from teller to assistant branch manager because everytime I dealt with her as a teller, she ranged anywhere from indifferent to slightly rude towards me.”
“i refinanced my first mortgage with them to get a reduced rate and their loan officer was great. all the payment etc was online (even though this was 10 years ago or more now) so once i hooked it up i didnt really need to look at it.”

“The employees at this branch are always friendly and helpful. I enjoy banking here! If I could ask for one thing to change, it would be that someone would always answer the phone during business hours. I understand not always being able to grab the phone, but this happens to me often. I’d be fine with having them answer “Please hold”, at least I know someone is there and will help me when they get free. Otherwise, no complaints!”
