Lifesaver. I was cancelled by a towing company that contracts with my roadside assistance. This guy jumped in his truck, showed up in 30 minutes, got me out of a tight spot and off to the dealer for service. It is companies like this that we need to call when we are in a bind!!!

I needed to use my Erie insurance roadside assistance last night for a flat tire. Bret from Kaufman's Towing was dispatched and he provided exceptional service! I had the vehicle towed to my regular mechanic and was offered a ride in the truck. Personable and professional. I would easily recommend their service to anyone.

More then happy this is the company that came to get my car out the snow made it out to me in just 10 minutes and worked with me on the price the lady Michelle was respectful and extremely helpful in getting the driver out Location Thell take care of you here
