They told me they have free delivery, but then never wanted to deliver my rx. When I finally called them out, I was told that it’s for “people who don’t drive or shut-ins” so I guess they assume I’m able cause I’m young? I had to switch to the other place in town, since I work full time and am a mom so I cannot make it there during their hours. The other place is happy to deliver it 🙏

Absolutely so not use this place. Lack of care and communication from the pharmacy every time. They are either lazy or they never fix the issues they describe as a problem. Don't tell someone to come back in an hour with no reason besides "we just got the fax" then explain two hours later there was an insurance issue. Poorly run hopefully the go the same way as the Pine Grove Arby's that folded from bad employees.

The people that work here are ignorant. Upon finding this out personally and then talking to other locals about it, I found out that several of them had stopped using this pharmacy because of the generally rude attitude of the people that work here.

We were on vacation from Miami and our child was carsick and the wonderful lady at tri-Valley pharmacy was able to give us the local price for his prescription versus the $160 my insurance wanted to charge me thanks to her we only paid 16 bucks. Great service caring staff if you're ever in Pinegrove pay them a visit

Very friendly and helpful staff. They have all the basic items you may need for various health conditions from thicket to diabetics to handicap supplies. Braces. Cards and gifts along with holiday decorations. Drive up service for those not wanting to get out their car, employees who will help answer any questions you may have including if your traveling to this area and need scripts filled helping you be able to get your script's filled here. I know I'll use this pharmacy when working in area or visiting and need meds refilled
