“Just got back from having Barry's Autoworks check out my truck. It needs extensive work to get it fixed correctly. At this point the work would cost more than the truck, so I decided not to go through with the work, but Barry has been very thorough with his diagnostics and provided exactly what would have needed to be done. While I did not go through with the repairs this time, I would not hesitate to take my vehicle back there.”
“Let me start out by saying after the accident my neighbor referred me to Rob’s Collision due to his outstanding experience.
Anthony and his team handled our situation with professional and personal care. Anthony responded within minutes of our crash by sending out the tow truck which had a 15 min response time. Additionally, the tow truck driver was very professional in his response and handling the appropriate transportation of our car. Also, Anthony assisted personally on how to go about the situation with our family and how to even approach replacing the child seats in the car through our insurance which was something we did not know about and our insurance company didn’t even share with us. Moreover, upon pick up our fixed vehicle we discussed our situation to ultimately upgrade our vehicle for a third row in the future. The tow driver was at the shop and even showed us his personal vehicle with its capabilities for our growing family. Also, Anthony went out of his way to replace the vehicle’s battery as it was at its end of life and the vehicle wouldn’t start separate from the body work issue. This establishment is not just a body shop, it’s a personally caring business who supports its community who go through these unfortunate experiences.

The drop off is easy and there’s a waiting room with coffee and water available as well as wifi. If you need to drop off your car you can arrange a drop off and pickup service with them. Just ask.
My car is always well taken care of and I trust them to do the work and make any needed recommendations.”

“I can't recommend them enough. I primarily worked with Steve Jr., and he provided me with one of the best service experiences I've ever had. I'm a younger guy, so when I was involved in a minor non-fault accident, I was completely new to navigating the situation with all the interests involved: the other party, the insurance companies, and the rental car companies. Steve Jr. walked me through the process step by step and told me what was going to happen and what certain folks would say (everything, by the way, he was precisely correct about). He arranged a rental within a single day when I had a tight turn-around before leaving for a trip, he did an excellent job advocating for my car on my behalf and getting the fullest extent of what I was entitled to, and to boot, he did some complimentary paint work on a separate scratch free of charge. At the risk of sounding a bit corny, working with Buckingham Collision not only repaired my car, but also helped to repair my faith in people being helpful to one another beyond the typical call of duty--not motivated necessarily by immediate profit, but instead, motivated by the genuine, unselfish desire to help others. It was evident in how he treated me and the rental company he chooses to work with, a smaller company that employs retired veterans. If you find yourself in an accident needing body work and you're feeling unsure how to navigate such a situation, I think you'd struggle mightily to do better than Buckingham Collision.”
“I used Kirks towing service twice in one week, Levi who helped tow my vehicle both times was extremely polite, professional, and super helpful. I then called them back for pictures of the veichle, and they helped me access the photos no questions asked. In addition they had offered me advice on my situation and answered several of vehicle questions and even an opinion on quote I received on my repairs. These guys felt like they were truly trying to offer a good service and treat you fair. I felt like a friend or family whenever I interacted with them. I would 100% recommend their services.”
