The Bennett's always make us feel so welcome at their Inn. We're repeat Galvanized America B&Bers :) The Inn is immaculate, and oh so comfy - don't miss Sherri's breakfast (Ed's her Sous Chef ;) - everything is made from scratch. The Galvanized America Inn is a beautiful (almost 300 year old) piece of history. We look forward to visiting again - the location is close to everything. Ed Bennett is a tremendously talented artist-in-residence - he's pretty damn amazing. The Inn is sprinkled with his beautiful watercolor paintings and sculptures. Sherri & Ed have quickly become the quintessential Innkeepers ~ Cheers to 2024.Rooms: So comfortable, clean and "INNY"Nearby activities: Everything worth visiting is 10-20 mins away by car.Safety: Quiet area and well lighted Inn at night.Food & drinks: Breakfast cannot be beat - hands down best coffee in PA.

As we head back home from our weekend getaway, I just wanted to take a moment and thank Ed and Sherri for their hospitality and for hosting a beautiful bed and breakfast. Our room was impeccably clean, and the claw foot tub was by far my favorite place to be after a long day of adventures. We truly had a great time and would love to come back in the future!Food & drinks: The homemade breakfast every morning was delicious!

We just returned from a fantastic weekend with friends at the Galvanized American Inn! Ed & Sherri are wonderful hosts and the Inn and grounds are meticulously maintained and full of thoughtful touches that make you feel pampered and “at home”. The welcome snack and breakfasts are delicious. There’s so much to do in the area - hiking, wineries, dining, shopping, etc. or you can spend a memorable evening around the fire, drinking wine and eating s’mores. Highly recommend renting the whole Inn (4 en-suite rooms). Enjoy!

My partner and I had a lovely time here! It is a perfect location if you're attending a wedding at Durham Hill Farm. We can't stop talking about how good the food was as well. Overall it was beautiful and felt like home.

Looking for a cozy, quiet getaway? Give this delightful B&B a try. The house is warm and inviting, the surroundings are peaceful, but also anything you need is within a short drive. Best of all, the food is outstanding and the Inn Keepers are welcoming and accessible. Can’t wait to go back!

Our microwedding experience at Galvanized America was nothing short of fantastic. The inn’s microwedding package made the intimate, 30-person wedding of our dreams a reality for a very reasonable price. Guests travelling from out-of-state were conveniently able to stay the weekend and make precious memories with us. The inn itself is meticulously renovated and is rustic elegance at its finest.Ed and Sherri are warm, welcoming, and excellent innkeepers. They were very accommodating to our food preferences and provided us with an appetizer and drink upon arrival, as well as delicious home-cooked breakfasts served on the patio. When needed, they were right there to answer questions and to assist. Otherwise, they allowed us our privacy which made us feel right at home. We appreciated the little luxuries of the inn, such as the pool, firepit, clawfoot bathtubs, and fluffy bathrobes. Our wedding guests could not stop talking about how charming this former farm is.

The weather wasn’t perfect but everything else about our weekend at Galvanized America Inn was!!! Our hosts, Ed and Sherri, were warm, friendly and knowledgeable. Our room (The Freedom Room) was super clean and charming, as was the rest of the house. Breakfasts were not only delicious but also artfully plated. Ed is a true artist both in and out of the kitchen! We’ve stayed here before and were thrilled to be gifted a 2-night stay as a wedding gift (along with the Sweetheart Package - homemade chocolate covered strawberries, a bottle of champagne and a GORGEOUS flower arrangement). Looking forward to visiting again, perhaps in the fall when we can really enjoy the scenery.Bottom line… beautiful place to stay and would definitely recommend a visit!Nearby activities: So much to do in the area! Shopping, wine tasting, breweries, Lake Nockamixon, covered bridge tour, great walking trails, etc. Just ask Ed and Sherri and they’ll happily give suggestions.

I stayed at this bed and breakfast this past weekend and I cannot say enough good things about it! From the moment I arrived, I felt welcomed and at home. The staff were incredibly friendly and went out of their way to make sure I had everything I needed and told me a little about the history of the house. The room itself was charming (stayed in the suite on top floor) - beautifully decorated, clean, and comfy. I loved the attention to detail - from the art on the walls to handmade soap. And the bed...oh my goodness, the bed! It was like sleeping on a cloud. I haven't slept that well in a hot minute. The art for sale around the B&B is one of a kind and incredible (in person it's insane just trust me on this one photos don't do them justice)! But the best part of this bed and breakfast, in my opinion, was the breakfast itself. It was hands-down the best breakfast I've ever had at a B&B. Fresh ingredients, beautiful presentation, delicious local coffee, gluten free pancakes and apple dish that didn't taste like gluten free at all (you gf people know what I mean ?).This is also really close to Pipers Tavern which is a really popular historical restaurant that also has phenomenal service! Hands down will stay again ?

We had our micro wedding here in November 2022 and it could not have been more perfect. Ed and Sherry were the perfect hosts, breakfast was phenomenal, and their grounds, inn, and hospitality were fantastic. Every vendor that came could not believe they had not heard of this place. Our photographer was having a blast with photos in the Victory Suite. Do yourself a favor and stay here for the night, weekend, or any event!

Ed and Sherry have created the perfect country experience. Every detail, from art in the room to the plating of each dish, is perfect. I have never seen this level of quality. And they are so nice too! This is hands down the best bed and breakfast I’ve visited, ever. Thank you for the amazing stay!
