I have had the pleasure of working with many businesses like this and I have never had someone pay so much attention to detail or go above and beyond like they had for our service. I’m from AL where our tried and true business (of 20+ years) failed - not once but twice. Graphic Imaging succeeded! And was courteous every step of the way. I never take the time to leave reviews unless I’m extremely impressed. Therefore, here I am leaving a very well deserved 5 stars. I’m absolutely astonished. Thank you for taking care of us!

I first hired Ryan at Graphic Imaging to do a color change on my personal vehicle. It came out amazing. That was the test which they passed with flying colors. The second project was a color change with lettering on one of my work trucks. When I had a question about a detail on the wrap, Ryan gladly addressed my concern without any push back or hesitation. The price is fair, their timeline was accommodating, workmanship is great, the attention to detail and professionalism is why they will be working on my fleet from now on. I highly recommend Graphic Imaging.

This company is based on poor customer service. As a local business owner I felt it best to support our local towns vinyl graphic business. However this company shows a large 0 in the quality of business department. Honestly they dont even deserve the 1 star review I'm giving them. Met with Ken at their location in Ottsville, PA and was provided a quote that we agreed to and I provided their requested 50% deposit. After waiting months to have the wrap installed (still holding my deposit money) they decided it was best to simply return the deposit without any communication to me (I have not received this refund as of yet) If I hadnt sent another follow up email this morning I would never had known they supposedly returned my deposit. Multiple times I continued asking when the job was getting started and they cancel the job? Appears that they are hiding from the truth of the matter which is they do not stand by their work or their word and they can not provide the services they quote, agree to and then cancel. I provided to them 99% of the artwork and asked for a couple minor details be added and they were not able to handle the simple request without attempting to charge me more for the edits... If you want to be strung along for months of wasted time only to have them try and Nickel and Dime an already agreed upon sale price. Then give this company a call! You wont be disappointed when they try to charge you more than you already agreed to and you'll thank yourself for taking the time to read a legitimate review of this business and how they treated another local company owner.

GI wrapped my car a few years ago and it still looks AMAZING!!! The staff is incredibly helpful and friendly. I will always take my graphic design needs to GI!! Love them!
