Nothing but great experiences. Easy scheduling, great costumer service. When a firmware update caused problems with my remote starter, they went above and beyond to fix it quickly and without hassle. Can’t recommend them enough.

Poor customer relation skills…First sent email with full details of what I wanted done. (No reply) week later, I called and was asked to come in for estimate. I did, photos taken, plan started, but again week later, no estimate, no phone call. VERY UNPROFESSIONAL. Left messages, no reply again. My money will spend elsewhere…

Hands down the easiest (and BEST) experience I’ve had with any service in a long time. Called on Monday and got a quote. Called back in 15 minutes, scheduled an appointment for Wednesday at 4pm. Showed up early. Walked in, confirmed my appointment and handed over my keys. Got back around 515. Paid at 530 and was handed my keys. Extremely professional, efficient and the best part… QUALITY work. I will be returning when I find a rear camera that needs installed.Thank you so much!!! I had to pull over a mile out of your lot to set it up with my phone. I was grinning from ear-to-ear on my way home, while also jamming out to a beautiful sound. No more holding my phone to look at GPS.I APPRECIATE 21st CENTURY SOUND & SECURITY FROM THE BOTTOM OF MY HEART! THANK YOU!

I ordered a simple in memory of decal never came I was in touch with a woman Christine she told me that my order was lost and they would resend along with tracking no. never came now they answer the phone and hang up I was told she was talking with the boss and after that they won't answer.if a 22.00 order is a scam can you imagine what a larger order would be handled like .really disappointed with this business.Definately don't believe they have been in business for 30 years!

Bill and the team at 21st Century Sound & Security replaced the sound system in my 2018 Ram 1500. They only use high quality products and the installation was scheduled within a week of signing and returning the sales contract. Shortly after install, there was a hiccup with the PAC interface, they fixed the issue, and had the truck working again in no time. They are fast, efficient, and 100% worth the money. I would highly recommend 21st Century Sound & Security to anyone who is looking to upgrade their stock stereo to something with some more power and crisper sound.
