Needed car towed from my house to a tire store. Called 4 top-rated towers on yelp: 2 didn't answer, one quoted a price 1.5x of 412 Logistics. Patrick set a pickup window and arrived during that window, quickly loaded the car, and got me where I needed to go.

Pat was absolutely fantastic. Reasonably priced, and went above and beyond what any other tow company would’ve done. He missed out on other calls to aid in the recovery of my vehicle. 10/10, would use again and recommend to anyone in need.

We got a flat tire and Pat was the only tow service to call us back. He came promptly to help us out and towed our car to a nearby service center. Pat is exactly the kind of person you want to meet when you're having a flat tire kind of bad day. He was so friendly and kind and we had a great conversation with him. I’ve been trying to contact this towing company for 3 days now and they don’t answer. I’ve already made an appointment and Pat said to send pictures but after that he hung up on me when I tried to call again.
