The Indians took over and went waaay downhill from there!! Nothing is restock, the store is dirty and the cashiers are very rude! Oh ,and they charged me 20 cents for a little paper bag , everywhere else is 10 cents !! Nasty!

The is the worst 7/11 in Pittsburgh. Ever since they switched owners these store has been very bad. The Bald manger and his employees have the worst customer service every. The coffee station is never stocked they never have sugar they always think someone is trying to still. Its 5am and it's closed so two of the employees can stock a few boxes. I suggest everyone shop at the Penn Ave location we cleaner and better customer service.

Updating my review. So for about 6 to 8 months I believe the corporate team that fixes stores came and made everything good again. Well like I said it was good because of 10/17/2024 there are new owners and yep the bums and junkies are back.

City of Pittsburgh worker. Walked in yesterday to buy some Rockstar & everything was fine — today I walked in just for water and got yelled at by the two dudes up front to leave my bag at the counter. Appalled at the way I was spoken to and immediately marked as some sort of thief as I walked in. Left as soon as I could so they could not take anything. Never had any issues the few handful of times I walked in beforehand but I don't think I'll be coming back.

Me I think the place is horrible got a young dude acting like he's security choosing who can leave there back packs up front known damn well people can still take them. Plus always gotta make fun of older people one day he's going to make fun of the wrong person someone going to put him in check. If you are going to hire security have them be in full uniform not just plain clothes or get to do the job better

The morning manager Becky is very rude and unprofessional! Can’t wait til she’s gone. She talks to her staff like they are nothing. I also heard her calling a customer a dope head . She literally chased him out the store calling him names. Disgusting! That’s not how you treat customers..

Been to many 711 Locations in the Eastern U.S. GET RID OF BECKY!! I'm saying this because she is rude, loud, extremely unprofessional. Myself as well as 4 others in my office 1 block away will not go there anymore because of her horrible attitude and not only how she treats customers, but employees.

The store has been closed the last 3 days. Sign says short staffed,but when I get to the store I see employees in there and there is always 3 or 4 people working.
