Terrible place of business. I asked how long on some wings I was told 7-10 min. When I got to the register I went to order the chicken. Her response was its Saturday she really doesn't cook on Saturdays. I said you just said 7-10 min. She responded I was just telling you how long they would take.
Dirty parking lot. Homeless folk standing outside. One was sleep on the side. Parking lot not cleaned or maintained. Terrible customer service. If you don't like your job find somewhere else to work.

Note: This location does NOT serve beer despite being advertised as such on google. Place was not patrolled well, homeless folks come knocking on your car demanding money when filling up.

Your security Guard kick me out for saying I can’t wait till I don’t have to come to the northside. He refuses to serve me kicks me out every night. I talk to the manager and she said he is not allowed to do that unless I have stolen from the store, which I have not, and I had an emergency to take my daughter to the emergency room I need to guess he would not give me it. This is not acceptable review

. Most recently they refused to make pizza for there 3 dollar deal and I was robbed by paying 245 for a big gulp when I could of paid 321 for all three items. Thanks for the robbery ?.

This is the only 7/11 in the city that refuses to do cashapp deposits.I've come in at 11pm, and have been told that they are not permitted to do cashapp deposits after 10pm. If I've come in at 9:30 they say they're not allowed to make deposits after 9. I've gone in the middle of the day, and they've said I've had to go to another location. The staff is often rude, uncooperative and clearly doesn't want business from the people that live and work in the neighborhood.Please consider removing this location as a cashapp site. It's a waste of time for people who then have to go to another location

The staff is always great! I dropped a credit card and they put it away and kept it safe until I could go back and pick it up

Black chunky Checkout lady. Didn't get her name, clapped her hands telling people to hurry up and move. She said to me with an attitude that "you didn't need to pull the receipt out of my hands like that" First of all she was telling customers to hurry up as line's formed out the door so that exactly what I did hurried up as she demanded of everyone, So I felt rushed. It wasn't intentional. Jeez!!
