We have used Bill's services more than once and he is reliable and dependable! His ability to tune a piano is extraordinary and I think his prices are reasonable, given the high quality of the service and care he provides.

I'm so thankful. I've been told that my 1914 Heiser baby grand with a cracked sound board was finally untunable, but I wasn't ready to let go just yet. A-1 came out and gave my baby new life and got her beautifully tuned one more time despite other tuner's telling me it wasn't possible. I'm so appreciative.
