From the moment I walked into this place my son and I were treated like we were irrelevant. The lady behind the counter asked me "What do you want?" Before we even had a chance to look around at anything. I went to this place to see if they could look at a watch for me, only to be told that they don't do that there. Why would you label yourselves as a jeweler if you can't even look at a piece of jewelry? It was a very unwelcome experience and we will NEVER BE RETURNING TO THIS LOCATION! I would also advise anyone looking for a jeweler to look at another location where you actually can get quality service from friendly people!

5 Golden stars! Harlan and Sunny have made high quality jewelry since the 1970's in Honolulu Hawaii. Their customer service is friendly and they take the time to work with you in creating your work of art. I am probably their biggest fan! I trust them and have been working with them for over 30 + years. Definitely highly recommend to all my friends and family.

I went in needing a watch strap holding piece, and the man had a replacement, put it on and didn’t even charge me for it. He was so kind! Excellent service!! I will not hesitate to come back!

Watch repair botched. Band stems replaced and lens replaced. band broke within a week. Lens was put in crooked, so not sealed or watertight. Asked for a repair and/or money refunded they refused on both counts. Took to another jeweler the lens that was installed was not the correct size for the watch in question. The band stems were not replaced correctly. If you repair something and it fails within a week money should be returned when you produce a receipt for repair and the broken watch for evidence.

Went in to have my chain length shortened to 13 inches. Woman very rudely says “ 16 inches”. No, I need it 13 inches , that is where I want the length to be for the cross I wear, I want it to be right here ( pointing to area on my throat) 16” she days again.. No, I’d like it 13”.. I asked if at least you could measure around my neck (which I had already done myself at home) and which is why I wanted it shortened to 13”.. Finally they agreed to measure and they (he) agreed to shorten to 13” but in reality he said 13.5”.. Came back to pick it up when it was ready, took it home and wouldn’t you know it wasn’t 13” or 13.5”, but still too long and not where I wanted it while wearing it. Went back, and great, they’ll remedy the situation but was told I’d have to pay another $26.00.. Ummm.. Thanks but no thanks.. see ya

This place is the worst! I've given thisplace numerous chances but, the end result is always the same....poor. Purchased 2 watch batteries from there that died within a few months. Had a bracelet fixed there that they had to repair twice in 2 places and they did a horrible job on fixing my husbands Navy necklace

Love it very nice people was able to get a watch battery and they put it in very reasonable cost also my husband bought me a beautiful cross pendant and two chains while we were there. Highly recommend

After my aunt asked for a receipt for her purchase, the lady informed her that she could not provide a receipt because my aunt was not charged tax. This was very odd, especially in case she needed to return it, she would have no proof of purchase.
