When I moved back to Pittsburgh after a divorce, I needed to get my own AAA account and apply for a Pennsylvania license plate. I was a bit frazzled and not having the best day. It was very late in the day, near closing and there were several customers ahead of me. When it was my turn, a young man began to assist me. Nicole, the woman at the next desk overheard me explaining me situation and stepped in to assist with the membership.
Next she offered help and advice on the steps to get a Pennsylvania plate. She reassured me that she would help me through it and everything would be fine. It was a simple process, but I was frazzled and Nicole calmed my nerves.
Since then, we have recommended AAA Robinson to several friends because of Nicole. She's knowledgeable and is very helpful.

The worst insurance agency, the lady at the front desk is so kind but the lady agent who received me at her desk didn’t even tell her name, she on her late 40s was so rude, and then I asked about why they raised my insurance more than 30% she did not even try to log in to my account or ask for my infos, she was basically telling me that her insurance is higher then mine, don’t even loose your time and money.

I can't express how kind the staff are!! As someone who knows nothing about insurance/cars, they took the extra time to explain things to me slowly, made sure I knew where all the prices came from, and made registering my car a breeze. Nicole especially went above and beyond with her service, she almost brought me to tears from reassuring me that me not knowing much was okay and that I was strong for the difficult situation I'm in. She even let me know that my insurance wasn't covering what I thought it was and helped me set something up to make sure I had what I needed! Genuinely the best service I've ever gotten at ANY business 🩵

Garbage ABSOLUTELY GARBAGE people and customer service!! Left me stranded for 4 hours in 97° heat just because they messed up and forgot to assign a tower to come get me!! Are y’all serious?? You can NOT afford to do as bad of a job as y’all did! Literal trash!! I hope everyone of you guys get left out stranded the way y’all leave others stranded. Disgraceful you all should be ashamed of yourselves.

Horrible communication with customers. Looks like we came to AAA at Robinson to take a free service. We are paying to the service and pls be respectful to the customers. Thats why there was nobody from customers. I was just alone there even though they can't communicate nicely. One star and again one star.

Business took payment and failed numerous times to provide service, lied repeatedly about the service level and cost of service, ultimately did not show up and provided no service of any kind, did not respond to request for cancellation of service when they failed to show up, and were then totally unresponsive to complaints and requests for membership refund until they were contacted by BBB. In their attempt to provide service they were profoundly incompetent, repeatedly placing calls at the wrong address (two counties away??), providing false information to me, claiming that a call for service had been entered when it had not, misquoting the price of the service, transferring me to the wrong club, disconnecting the call abruptly. After several hours I was able to get a call placed successfully but when the driver called and told me the service actually cost more than I was quoted and that he was still far away, I accepted assistance from someone else and contacted the business, per their instructions, to cancel the call. Their system does not work as shown in the attachment, just as it did not work for placing the call, and they were not reachable on the phone or any other way. F minus all around. It took them forever to issue a refund (and they insisted on mailing a check), and then they failed to cancel the membership as I asked, so if I hadn't removed my credit card info from the account they'd have screwed that up too and billed me again, and we'd probably still be on the phone. Go out of business.
