Don’t know what they’re talking about, told us there were a bunch of extra requirements for a title transfer that are no longer even relevant in Pennsylvania, save yourself the hassle and go somewhere else where they are up to date on current laws

Horrible service. They were supposed to help me with my car registration and title transfer. They made multiple mistakes on multiple occasions. Now it has been 1 year and I am still dealing with the consequences of the silly mistakes they made.

I have been to this location multiple times and the employees went above and beyond to help me understand the process of having a title transferred.
My first visit was after receiving bad news about my father (I could not stop crying). When I arrived Ebony was at the receptionist desk she immediately made eye contact and asked how she could assist. I had questions related to transferring a title. Ebony showed compassion and was so patient and helpful (gave me a tissue). She listened, then explained the process. She provided a form I needed to complete. She even highlighted the required areas on the form. Her kind gestures really made that part of my day better.
My second visit was several weeks later. I was greeted by Geneva who was at the receptionist desk. She was pleasant and (without me asking) explained the process of waiting to be called for assistance.
Once my name was called,
I approached the counter and to my surprise Ebony was there and she remembered me from the previous visit. Again, Ebony was very helpful.
Sadly there was an issue with my paperwork. As a result, Ebony reached out to her coworker Kourtney to see if there was anything that could be done to assist me. Unfortunately, they weren’t able assist, but Kourney did explain what was needed on my part. Kourtney assured me that when I returned, there would not be any issues.
Additionally, while I was there the straps on my tote bag broke. Kourtney was so thoughtful and she gave me a AAA canvas bag to place all my items.
Three days later I returned with the corrected document. I got there very close to closing time. Geneva was there again and she pleasantly advised me where to take my documents.
The final process was completed by Rose, she was welcoming and efficient. As I said previously It was very close to closing. I forgot a piece of paperwork and Rose was very patient while I checked my folders and emails. I didn’t feel rushed which was notable.
I am so appreciative for the assistance each of the ladies provided. My experience was exceptional

No one at this place knew what they were doing. It was a ridiculous experience. It was a simple boat title transfer. It’s the seventh time I’ve done this and the only time that I was dealing with people that had no freaking idea and even after all of that once it was completed, I’ll have to go back and sign a form that they didn’t have me. Considering the size of the boating community in Pittsburgh, you would think these knuckleheads would have it figured out But nobody knew anything Absolutely ridiculous

staff was so extremely friendly and helpful on my three visits there while Honda continuously made mistakes. AAA was very patient and helpful in explaining to me what I would need. Christina and Ebony were both great and very friendly, a handful of others helped I wish I could name. Am happy to know the staff here will help when I need to return in the future. Recommended this location!

This place always gets me in and out super fast and some of the employees are a pleasure to deal with, which is not what you expect from dealing with vehicle titles and that sort of thing. Christina W went out of her way to help me out with some issues and was very friendly and eager to make sure I was taken care of. Some of the best customer service I've had anywhere in a long time so I just wanted to shout her out by name. If you need title service or to get your license renewed etc this is far and away the easiest and cheapest place around.

Triple A renters insurance is basicly useless. I am in Pennsylvania. The claims people are in Texas. Due to either a powersurge OR faulty wiring I lost my deep freezer and the control panel of my washer is ruined.
Triple A employs StrikeCheck, a company that comes to your home. There is an electrical issue either within my home or something else.
The Strikecheck man who came twice was secretive and surely not knowledgeable on issues .
The agent dealing with my claim who is in Texas is not knowledgeable on home matters either. He doesn't listen, isn't knowledgeable, and really doesn't care.
Triple A renters insurance is useless.

This place went downhill I live 5mins away and been coming here for 2years they are soooo ghetto now and slow literally everyone just sits around and stares instead of working. Sad because this place used to be the shit.

Great service all around. My first time registering a car and buying car insurance and couldn’t be happier with the help I received from Dustin and Patrice. The receptionist was also very kind.

I WENT TO DO A TITLE NAME CHANGE WITH ALL OF THE PROPER DOCUMENTATION AND WAS TURNED AWAY AFTER A HOUR WAIT!

AVOID THIS LOCATION IF YOU HAVE ALTERNATIVES.
Among the most disappointing and unacceptable experiences with customer service I have had in recent years.
Upon reaching the counter, the lady behind counter set a negative tone by rudely instructing me to take my folder off the counter even though it contained the documents I needed. Subsequently, she raised her voice while insisting why she was unable to assist with notarizing my document, despite my having had similar services performed elsewhere without issue. When I expressed my dissatisfaction with her level of service, she told me I was having a bad day.
Unfortunately, encounters with discourteous and argumentative individuals at this location are not uncommon. While there are some friendly and helpful agents, the inconsistent level of service indicates that the manager is either unwilling or unable to ensure that customers are treated with the respect they deserve.
Avoid this location if you have alternatives.

It's bed company ! The person who drove car hitted my mailbox damaged the wall ! When I contacted his insurance company, they told me they may not enough money pay ! Tell me call my insurance company ! This like jock ! You no money pay you should close your business ! When you take some one money he/she something happens you shouldn't have any excuse to refuse pay ! Another way go bankruptcy !!!
